most hotels usually give free bottled/drinking water but they do not give. also, would be better if they at least have a play area for kids since the hotel accommodates families as guests.

affordable price and good location

stayed 7 days in this hotel. room is clean with basic toiletries provided. the friendly front line staffs have no problem communicating in english. there is a supermart nearby the hotel, very convenient to grab some snacks/drinks that you cant find at the 7-11 store opposite the hotel.

I and my boyfriend checked in at ard 6,
but we get a room which fulled of chemical smell,
so we asked to change another room
However, the services that we receive was incredibly bad.
Finally, we got another room which not good either..
so really not recommend this hotel

Lovely hotel and friendlt staff
Walking distance to MTR station, shopping complex on the opposite road and good food around the corner

we were greeted by friendly staffs and the service was good. the room is very clean and we are very pleased. it is definitely value for money. as for food, there are good cafes right opposite the hotel and with the help of kimberley hotel's staff, we managed to locate a good dim sum restaurant! if we were to return to hong kong, kimberley hotel is definitely on our priority list!

fantastic location. near to shopping area and food.
helpful staff and nice room but small. i guess it is ok for hong kong living standard.
Shopping Tip:
must bargain if you visit the night market or the ladies market.

We had a standard room which was very small. Reasonable clean and neat but carpet could do with a clean.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Great breakfast with plenty of variety. Great location near shops and lots of restaurants close by.
Bed was hard but that seems to be the norm in most asian countries.

Lovely hotel and good service

It was overall a very pleasant stay with good service staffs. Location was superb and easy access to nearby eateries and mtr. Only comment is that the sofa bed for the 3rd sharing was not comfortable.

pro: though the hotel is not so large, its location is probably their highlight. the hotel is located in the middle of shopping area, very easy to get around, and is close by to mtr. around the hotel there's some good restaurant, 7-11 is also right at the opposite. nearby there's also a supermarket and a shopping mall. overall, it's a good hotel and reasonable price (during promotion
