We checked in at midnight only to find all rooms had been booked (including our standard room). Concierge upgraded us almost immediately so we had a room for the evening and even allowed us to check out later in the day.

Small room with old furniture

this is my third stay with kimberley hotel and the old reason why i choose to come back is cause of its central location in tst and its relatively reasonable price. the hotel room is not too small for 2 person however it did give off the old feeling and there was a strange smell in the room. the service staff were however very polite and efficient.

i will not recommend this hotel for such as a very pricey that is not worthy. Kimberley hotel has a small room that you cant even walk inside the room it was enough for the bed and chair, no internationl channels, no internet no wifi, no breakfast.... bad service. in kimblerley no nice view all shnties of hk u can see in your small window like prison window!!!!

The hotel is situated right in TST and its near to everything from food, shopping to money changer and any shops that you can think of. The walk to the train station is roughly 5 minutes.
My 6 days stay with Kimberly hotel has been a pleasant stay although the rooms are on the small scale side and there's hardly any room to put your luggage lying on the room, while not tripping over it. Moreover the services of the hotel staff are very good and efficient.
I'm happy to return to kimberly hotel as the price is reasonable and the good location of the hotel.

A reasonable priced hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, value for money. Very convenience to shopping area, merely 10 mins walking distance to MTR stations. There are two "Seven eleven" and a mini mart just opposite the hotel. Overall the hotel is fine except the carpet is a bit dusty and the "converted" extra bed from a cushion chair is unconfortable.

Great location, decent size room
Centralized location, close to shopping and MTR, within walking distance to nearby attractions...

Had a bit of a problem with the key card given for the room but it was addressed fairly quickly. The staff was very nice and friendly, Check-in and Check-out was quick. Depends on the time, the elevator may be slow, sometimes packed by the time it reached the lower floors and have to wait for the next one.
