great hotel - good location

dongmen is the best place to shop for fashion in shenzhen. rumors says even hongkong made their order here. so, why shop in hongkong when the factory is just an hour away (by train). do also try the food, its contemporary chinese food with modern system. it is worth buying for culinary experience
Restaurant Tip:
try hongkong local restaurant. if you its full it means its delicious. local wont lie

lovely hotel with great location
this hotel is near the mtr and so many some shooping place around it

i like this hotel because it's near the mtr and so many some interesting place near it.
price is high but maybe it's because i came in the peak season (28-30 dec 2011)
hotel staff are very helpful and cooperative

perhaps its too close to shopping area, there seemed to be a lot of people movements in & out of the hotel by non-hotel guests. this makes the place seemed to have less privacy. will be good if the hotel tighten up on presence of non-hotel guests.

the hotel location is great but what you pay is what you get.....rooms are tired and supposed to have been updated...as far as i can see they have just changed the wall paper and a lcd tv, the rest the same.
Restaurant Tip:
Its so convinient..... surrounding the hotel are restaurants

most hotels usually give free bottled/drinking water but they do not give. also, would be better if they at least have a play area for kids since the hotel accommodates families as guests.

stayed 7 days in this hotel. room is clean with basic toiletries provided. the friendly front line staffs have no problem communicating in english. there is a supermart nearby the hotel, very convenient to grab some snacks/drinks that you cant find at the 7-11 store opposite the hotel.

I and my boyfriend checked in at ard 6,
but we get a room which fulled of chemical smell,
so we asked to change another room
However, the services that we receive was incredibly bad.
Finally, we got another room which not good either..
so really not recommend this hotel

Lovely hotel and friendlt staff
Walking distance to MTR station, shopping complex on the opposite road and good food around the corner

we were greeted by friendly staffs and the service was good. the room is very clean and we are very pleased. it is definitely value for money. as for food, there are good cafes right opposite the hotel and with the help of kimberley hotel's staff, we managed to locate a good dim sum restaurant! if we were to return to hong kong, kimberley hotel is definitely on our priority list!
