Great location but small rooms
location, and chinese restaurant and 7 eleven just across the street. Microwave and mini kitchen was very useful.

On our first 2 days, we stayed at their suite room. The bedroom was pretty small but the room had two TVs, a sala and a mini kitchen with microwave. So heating up food that we bought from 7-eleven or the chinese restaurant across the street was easy. We were pretty happy with the hotel. The safety deposit box was a little old and very hard to operate. The restroom was clean but still very small for a suite room. After our 2-day macau trip, we checked in again at Kimberley hotel but now was given a superior room. The staff said that we booked for a standard/deluxe room but they will upgrade us to a superior room. The room now is even more smaller without the sala and kitchen. The restroom is a little bigger than the suite room. Overall, average hotel with great location for shopping.

Decent hotel but with small double bed

The stay was pleasant but the bed was too small for two person. It looks more like a super single bed rather than a queen bed. The location is decent as it is near to the shopping districts, but it is still a walk away from the nearest MTR Station

The location of the hotel is in the heart of Kowloon HK, it's perfect location for shopping and viewing the bay side area of HK. Also, there are a lot of great spot for food and other recreation. :)

Smelly room, poor service, good location

The service I received when checking in at the Kimberley Hotel was terrible - terse and rude response from the employee when I asked if we could have a room with a double bed instead of 2 singles. I was made to feel like my question was the most burdensome request ever. I also asked for non-smoking and was told that the room was a non-smoking room, but it sure smelled like someone had been smoking in the room. It smelled bad, was small, was definitely not a superior room even though we had booked one. But they insisted it was a non-smoking room. We were also told it was a superior room,superior rooms are on the 12th floor or higher. But the location was centrally located in TST. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

not a 4 star hotel please.
location only and that's about it.

no safe vault in every room. bathroom not clean. back of cabinet full of dust and mildew in the ref. the key card is not even functioning properly. with or without the key card, there is power inside the room. the rate we paid is the same as the rate we paid for a 4 star hotel in jordan area. but this kimberley hotel pales in comparison. needs refurbishment in all rooms. nothing good to say except location. no wifi available in the room, only at the lobby. maybe this should be downgraded to 3 star hotel.

I will always choose Kimberley Hotel as my preferred hotel when I travel to Hong Kong. Great location, major shopping centres at my footstep, most importantly, the rooms are good.

nice, easy to find, good food nearby.
The toilet and bathroom is clean.
The mattress is ok, but I like it firmer.
Shopping Tip:
many shops nearby. Wifi is not free, so have to use the university wifi during my visit to the PolyU

Great location but old hotel
location, location, location - walking distance to MTR station and in major shopping belt

comfortable and present stay but this hotel deserves a major renovation. the tv is the very old bulky design, not the slick lcd tv that we would expect today.

The suite was small, furniture old and on 21st floor - not convenient for old people to climb up the narrow stairway :-( do consider investing on renovation.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Avenue of Star and nearby eating place - great location for nice food and supper :-)

Great Location but too small room

The location is very good, easy access to MTR and shopping areas around TST is great. Taxi is cheap and can easily access to anywhere in HK.
Restaurant Tip:
Good food around the hotel.
