Good location but dont pay extra for a suite!

overall was okie. good location. but i paid for a suite and the room was so small. my mom stayed in a regular room on 8th floor, and her room looked better than mine! if i just chose the regular room, i would not complain a thing. the suite price is over 50% more than regular price, but with such room condition, i don't think it's worth value of money.

good hotel...clean rooms...good location....buffet dinner was fantastic!!! chinese restaurant was ok....shame that spa was only for males...had never heard of that before...gym was not the best....staff were friendly....close to nathan road...a bit of a wall to the nearest train station but apart from that location was very good....would stay there again...good value for money...

The room is very small and not new. I also found the window cannot open, moreover the remote control of the tv cannot work before I contact with the hotel staff.
The hotel located in the center of kweloon area and nearby MTR stations and several shopping malls.
Restaurant Tip:
only 100m away there is a Xu Liu Shan such that u can enjoy the dessert any time you want to

Great location, walking distance to shopping malls, a bit diffcult to find good restaurants nearby but easy access to MTR station and can enjoy a walk at the nearby park.

the room is horrible, water spot all over the ceiling and the paint is falling off from ceiling. tub stopper is not working. i need to put a spoon into the stopper to release the water out.
this floor should be non-smoking floor but the room smell heavy duty cigaratte odor. i have request exchange into different room next day.
i was not happy with this experience. my next business trip, i prefer stay in different hotel instead.
Travel tip:
the rates is too expenses. you can get better hotel with the price.
