We had no problem arriving late almost dawn, 2am (we mentioned this in the booking request). Prepare 1,000HKD for the deposit or swipe it with your credit card which they cancel after your stay. Nice non-smoking room and floor, (space just right, HK hotel rooms were really small). It's always clean; at 9am housekeeping attendants knocks your door to ask when will they go back to clean the room. Bathroom's nice w/ working hot and cold shower. No problem with water supply. With mini ref hidden in closet; safety box; electric kettle & coffee were provided. Phone operators and Lobby Attendants were helpful to give us directions. Hassle free hotel transfer scheduling and the bus was really on time. 150HKD per person. Security low. During nighttime and after midnight, Only 1 lobby attendant & bell boy.

The hotel is in a good location. Easy to access MTR red line. Just a few minuites walk from the hotel to shopping areas located around Tsim Tsa Tsui. It is also walk distance to the avenue of stars which is a place for the tourist must go. The hotel staffs also friendly. Very quick checkin and checkout even during peak time. Standard room is ok. Size of the room and cleanliness are in the standard level from my perstpective.

If free Wifi is provided would be very good.

Great location but small rooms

The bed is too small for 2 adults and 2 children, I upgraded to deluxe room and paid S$200 plus more. I spent S$300 plus per night and not even a bottle of complimentry drink was given. The shower tap spolit and bath tub water choke, requested for service twice. I will not stay at this hotel anymore if I travel to Hong Kong again.

A good option for the budget conscious traveller. we stayed here for one night on a layover and were pleased that we could walk to Hong Kong's main tourist attractions. The only real criticism of the hotel was that they provided us with two single beds instead of a double, despite booking over a month in advance.
