Great location and very convenience

Overall room is small which is normal for Hong Kong standard. One small problem with the bed as whenever we make a movement there are sounds, need to upgrade the bed.

hotel location was excellent with eateries and shops within.
hotel room was clean, average size.
service of hotel staff was not very friendly, however still acceptable but it could be better.
overall stay was still ok, due to the easily accessible location. walking distance to the mtr, convenience stores and restaurants.

Like this hotel especially the location wise as near to everything. For Hong Kong standard it is normal for room size to be small, still acceptable.

Great location in Kowloon

great location in kowloon, walking distance and near mtr station (say 5 minutes walk). very easy to get taxi (about HKD25 to kowloon airport express).
lots of eating places outside hotel. wellcome is just across the road from the hotel and very convenient.
excellent shopping area, near many new malls, eg mira mall, etc.. about 10 minutes walk to harbour gate mall, peninsula hotel, etc..
Must stay there if you want a convenient kowloon hotel and generally comfortable hotel stay.

We stayed here for just one night on an extended layover and was pleased with our selection. The room was quite spacious and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location seems like it is fairly central but we didn't have enough time to really explore. Will definitely consider Kimberley next time we visit Hong Kong.

The safety box in the room was not attached to the wall, it was tiny and could easily be carried away. When we told the staff, they did not understand the problem, they told us that all the safetyboxes were unattached!!! We got another room, but also here the safety box was unattached, but heavier and thus more difficult to carry away.

Lovely Hotel and service with a smile
near shopping centre and eateries, easy access to the mrt and many shops.

The Location is great near Shopping Centre and many shops and eateries around the area. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and neat. The prices are reasonable for a Four Star Hotel around Tsim Sha Tsui.
Travel tip:
walking distance to jordan and yau ma te mrt where you can find delicious food stall around the area. ladies market is nearby where you can buy a lot of cheap and nice things but you have to bargain for at least 50% of what they quoted.

Hotel personnel are generally well mannered and friendly. Very accomodating to our queries on places to go,what routes to take. With respect to room ameneties,housekeeping will only give adequate set of bottled water,shampoo, etc. only when reminded to give, maybe it's hotel policy to give one set only unless request for.Rooms are clean.
