Clean rooms, location is excellent, great service! The rooms are quite small and some of the rooms doesn't have bathtub. I've recommended this hotel to my friends and they all have the same comment...great service!
Shopping Tip : It is in the heart of a shopping area in TST district and near the Hung Hom Train station as well.

Hospitality of staff was excellent , the restaurant & food quality, selection was pleasing. The room size was very bad the smallest room that I have ever stayed in with the shower & toilet not operating correctly, needs renovating desperately especially room 834. The Kimberley Hotel is in the ideal location with transport , entertainment & shopping very near by. The Hotel is very dated & needs renovating & remodeling in some rooms. Unfortunately for me I was unable to stay in the room they initially allocated me as it was far too small & I had to go for an expensive upgrade option for my 6 nights stay. I normally stay at the Holiday Inn & will revert back to staying there as this experience overall has cost me more . I really didn't find this to be a value for money experience.

Quiet, clean, well situated, price reasonable. Internet not free, also not in Deluxe rooms In this hotel I come already for many years. Its very well situated for me. Just across are the Knutsford Steps with lots of restaurants / bars. All around the small shopping streets which are nice to walk around. For the breakfast there is Starbucks (Also on the Knutsford Steps). But also the chinese restaurants across the hotel are very good. Nathan Road and Ocean Terminal / Harbour City shopping center at walking distance as well.
The hotel rooms are OK although small. The internet is not free (Also not in the DeLuxe rooms) and is charged extra Hkd 120 for 24 hours.
Anyway it remains my favorite hotel for short stays.

Rooms need to be updated. The Kimberly Hotel is a basic travelers hotel that can be used as a base to see Hong Kong. If you are looking for luxury this is not it. If you are looking for a simple hotel this is for you.

good location, nice clean room and reasonable price. Good location within walking distance to major malls and Nathan Road. Bars and restaurants row is just across the street.Room is spacious and clean. Staff service is good. Overall good value for the money and definitely will stay again. Free shuttle bus to Kowloon airport express station in front of hotel.

The hotel room is quite big compared to the other hotels in Hong Kong and the price is quite reasoable. The internet service is provided in the room but once you are out of the room and you would like to use the internet service, you need to pay for it. Overall, I feel that Kimberley Hotel puts an exciting array of amenities and guest services on the table. The hotel is very well-appointed in many segments while the interior designs are excellent to say the least. In short, it is hard not to be impressed with what Kimberley Hotel has to offer. I am very much impressed with the interior of the hotel, boasting contemporary, bold and bright design selections. Outdoor features such as water stream and lush tropical garden encapsulate the glass-wall exterior of the restaurant, creating a lively dining experience.

Hotel is close proximty to food outlets, shopping and tourist spots. Concierge service, i.e., luggage handling during check in and check out. I used to arrange my hotel reservation through travel agents. I was puzzled of the on-line hotel reservation as the hotel room and services may not be consistent with the information and description ädvertised on the website. My first trial of the on-line reservation at Kimberley Hotel however had chnaged my mindest. The cleaniness, comfort and facilities of the hotel room were as good as the advertisement. The check in procedure is just without any hassle.
Hotel Feature Tip : The Airport Express provide free shuttle service to and fro Kowloon Station to Kimberley hotel. The shuttel bus station is just opposite the hotel. First service starts at 6.15am then every 40 minutes till 11.00pm. Fast and easy transport from airport to hotel.

Friendly staffs, clean room, affordable The hotel is located in the heart of Tsim Shat Tsui near the subway station. The staffs are all friendly, courteous and very helpful. The price too is affordable for a classy hotel. I greatly recommend this hotel and will sure make a reservation on my next trip.
Shopping Tip : also sightseeing tip, it's near to the Avenue of Stars and they can get the chance to watch the Symphony of Lights which starts at 8:30 p.m

good hotel service, willing to help us search for city gate outlet directions. can feel the bed springs. think hotel beds must be very old. time to buy a new bed we choose Kimberly hotel for its excellent location. Despite Guangdong Hotel being nearer to MTR, we feel Kimberly area is more lively and is near to parklane malls.Was sad Kimberly hotel beds are in bad condition. Else it is a good hotel with good hotel service staff. overall was good at this cheap price i paid due to non peak period.

The room was clean and and good size for and asian hotel. Wall are a little thin I could hear the neighbors. My view was the netting for the golf ball drive cages located on the roof directly outside my window. The higher floors would have a good view. Staff were fine, the buffet was very expensive.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. everything you need is near this hotel, like the restaurant , shopping and even the mtr is 2mins walk. the hotel needs a lot of improvement esp. the carpet it's a bit old and dirty . regarding the room it's a bit small but clean. For me, i would come back to this hotel again. not only the location is convenient the staff of this hotel is very accomodating and even the room is a bit small i dont care cause its clean.

Reasonable room rates, Good location near to Nathan Road, many shops and good restaurants around the hotel, helpful staffs small room, old TV, no free water hotel rooms are quite small and a little bit old but the hotel have good location near many restaurants and have a fair price for the room rate.
