the hotel is in a good location, shopping at your doorstep.
Beds are very hard, can feel springs digging in to your body. Hotel needs a little updating, things looked a little run down.
The staff were lovely, very accommodating. Rooms were made up daily. The hotel was in a great location (lots of shopping near by). Transfers to Train station to Airport were directly across the road from the Kimberly Hotel which was very handy. Would love to see the rooms revamped, they look a little tired, and maybe hotel investing in some decent underlays or new mattressess. I wouldn't take my children to the Kimberley, not enough entertainment for them. We Loved Hong Kong.
Shopping Tip : Vendors will drop nearly half the asking price to make a sale.

No clean. Not a good service. High price
I would not come back again. Unclean rooms. A very old hotel. Price is high than what you get.
Location is ok. If you get a good price deal, go there, otherise there are better hotels in the area

Location was great for getting around and using the airport shuttle bus. An easy walk to museums, shopping, restaurants etc
Our non smoking room definitely had smokers in the not too distant past. This is a major drawback to folks who do not like the smell of stale smoke.
In our recent stay at the Kimberly hotel we found it to be a very good value for the money. The staff were exceptionally helpful in booking dinner reservations and providing transportation information in and around the city. The location was ideal for access to all the areas that we wanted to see including the harbour, shoping and museums. Breakfasts were excellent and the hotel was very clean.
Restaurant Tip : Lots of excellent restaurants within short walking distance to the hotel.

Great location to shops, trains, ferry and all sightseeing. Will recommend it to others. Got a great price on Agoda!
Airconditioning was a little noisey and cool. Hairdryer useless - needs replacing with something modern.
Really enjoyed our stay at the Kimberley Hotel. Although the room was small (but expected that) it was comfortable. As our flight arrived very early morning we were delighted to find out that we could access our room at 10am instead of waiting several more hours. Linen was lovely and white, big towels. Hairdryer is a bit useless and should be replaced with something more modern. Will definately stay here again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Kowloon Park was just fantastic and only a short walk there!

Really well postioned on the Kowloon side but felt the rooms were a little run down and could be re-decorated.

Easy access to MTR,star ferry and numerous local shops.Within walking distance of many of Kowloons' attractions.
No swimming pool. Could not reach them by email from UK (forgot to tell them)
The Kimberly Hotel met all our requirements, we were able to find all manner of eating places within a close radius of the hotel, shopping for almost anything was just as easy nearby. We were a stones throw from the MTR which was spotless and very effecient that took us into Hong Kong or any other place we wanted to go. The staff were helpful we enjoyed ourselves immensely.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : we purchased a octopus card at the MTR which saved all the problems with cash on the ferry, MTR and buses, you could also use it in some shops. You can get money refunded if you do not spend it all and only lose about 50p

near to all; shopping. restaurants and subway
hotel need upgrading and is date and old
if you are a lone traveller is a great hotel to check into as it is closeby to shopping area, subway and restaurants. room rates are pricy for last minute bookings. so book early if you need to stay here. however if you are a travelling family with young children this wouldn't be the ideal hotel as facilities for recreation are limited.

nearby shopping, many restaurants around this area and 5 mins walking distance to subway station.
i had stayed in this hotel for many times over the years. Still provide me the same services as is nearby to the shopping district in kowloon, plenty of good restaurants within walking distance and 5 min walking distance to subway station. however, the hotel needs to be upgraded as the furniture are old and dated.
Restaurant Tip : if you want to experience a typical hk local restaurant ....go opposite the hotel next to 7-11 there is a restaurant call Yun Kee....good wantan mee...cheers

Close to everything
Clean and tidy
Small but good rooms
Friendly staff
Close to shops
At first the bed was a little hard but they brought a soft cover for it on request.
Overall a good room. When compared to hotels of similar price in Hong Kong this is ok value for money. Good location and close to the ladies night markets as well as the Temple Street markets and the harbour.
Cafe and restaurant in the hotel if you arrive late and don't want to go out. The airport link bus stops right across the road so very easy access.
Easy check in / check out process and room kept nice and clean. As I said before, although the bed was a little hard compared to home, they were quick to fix that with a soft cover.
Shopping Tip : Temple Street market is walking distance as are all the shops and quite a few department stores. We walked to the harbour from here aswell. Great juice bar across Nathan Road and down side street opposite.

Excellent location
Comfortable, firm beds
Good housekeeping services
No complimentary wi-fi
Refurbishing the rooms would be a nice touch
The hotel has firm beds which really aided in a good night's sleep - especially if you've been on your feet all day. The hotel is right in the middle of the happening TST, many shopping areas and local/international eateries were easily accessible by foot. Sightseeing attractions such as the 'Symphony of Lights' is within walking distance. There is basically not much need to leave TST because it is so self-contained, unless you'd like to visit the nearby Ladies Market or Temple Street Market, which is a short MTR ride away. Oh, did I mention that the TST MTR station is only a 3 min walk away? And the best thing is, you don't have to worry about Airport Transfers, the complimentary Airport Express Shuttle Stop (for Airport Express passengers only) is directly opposite the hotel. It takes you to and/or from the Kowloon station where you can hop on the Airport Express trains. Grab the complimentary maps available at the HKIA and you're ready to start your adventure!
Shopping Tip : Shopping for international brands? Find them all at one of Hong Kong's largest shopping malls - Harbour City, which is within walking distance. Local fashion or cosmetics? Available all around Granville Street.
