No frills budget hotel with great location
Convenient location (next to mtr Yau ma tei exit c) and easy transport to HKI airport via airport bus express A21

stayed for 1 nite during sept visit to hk.
arrived hotel at 12pm and waited for half hour at hotel lobby due to extreme heavy crowd (2 staffs attending many travelers checking in-out at same time).
hotel lobby was small n only have one small lift operating.
we are allowed early check-in and given room on 8th florist (highest floor)
free wifi at hotel room but very poor reception.
pros:
1) convenient hotel location (3 mins walk from yau ma tei mtr exit c)
2) convenient airport transfer (can take bus a21 for hkd33 per pax) bus stop in front of bank of china which is just next to the hotel
3) good dimsum restaurant near hotel (1 mins walk) - garden seafood restaurant.
4) this hotel is very suitable for budget traveller - value for money
5) hotel room is small size / clean
cons:
1) must pay cash deposit hkd 500 upon check in, hotel does not accept credit card, so prepare extra cash
2) bed is hard (but it is no frills hotel afterall - no complaint, you getwhat you pay)
3) need to pay hkd 10 per piece for storing luggage at the hotel after check out
4) minimal sound proof and only have 1 lift to cater for all 8 floors.

Great location and compact room

the hotel is renovated and the room size is good. we stayed in deluxe room so there are some space.the deluxe room can accommodate 3 people; there is one queen bed and single bed. the room is clean. the location is great, only 3 minutes walk to mrt, yau ma tei,exit c and 50 m from bus stop to the airport. the area are full of shops and restaurants. we also walked to mongkok shopping area( electronic& lady markets);it took about 15-20 minutes walk. along the way to mongkok, there are shops so you would never feel like a long walk. one bad thing is about small lift, so please spare sometime when checking out as you will have to wait for a lift.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The best way to reach a hotel is by airport shuttle bus A21, on the way to the hotel,get off at bus stop no.9 and walk about 5 minutes and on the way back to airport: A21, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

I like this hotel modern design. Room is very small, but walking distance to good food ( Beef noodle just opposit the hotel ) Friendly & helpful staff. Sad to said the lift is a bit too slow, luckly my room is at second floor.
Nightlife Tip:
Temple street night market is just behind the hotel.

Great location, near to Yau Ma Tei MTR station

Right slap on the famous Nathan Road, within 5mins walking distance to the nearest Yau Ma Tei MTR station. Many nice food stalls near the hotel. The room is pretty spacious for I have seen smaller ones in Hong Kong. It was a very comfortable stay and I'll likely to return again for future trips. The lift however is very small and slow.
