Small hotel but great location
friendly staffs, clean rooms, great location

The hotel has only one lift which only one person can enter or exit at one time. The pathway to the rooms are also narrow. Different rooms seemed to have different kinds of beds. We have two rooms and one room has beds that are hard while the other room has springy beds.
If u have bed preference, it will be good to request earlier when u book the hotel.
For travelers who main purpose is sight seeing and shopping, the location of the hotel is awesone. It's less than a minute walk to Exit C of Yau Ma Tei MTR station and in less than 5 minutes, u are probably on the train to your destination. The frequency of the train is pretty high. Many famous streets for shopping are at walk able distance. In addition, going to the airport by bus is just as convenient. The bus stop is in front of the hotel!
The staffs are all ready to answer your queries especially when you are unclear in getting to your destination. Overall, this hotel is value for the money paid.

Wonderful little boutique Hotel

Hotel Stay was pleasant, location was superb. Amenities was ok. Just that the wall between room was thin so noise of the lift and door banging can be heard. Room size was ok, the only cons definitely going to be the lift. It quite slow.

Fantastic location and convinience

superb location with less than a minute to yau ma tei mtr station and bus stop to airport just infront of the hotel. very near to temple street night market and can easy find food surrounding. rooms are not small as imagine with basic amenities provided. the lift was not impressed as very small and slow, but overall services are good. staffs are helpful and friendly. will come again.

the room is great with bathtub, location is great, 3 mins to MTR, and you can find food just everywhere beside.

Great Location & efficient service

Although it was a new hotel, it was starting to deteriorate. The bathroom door was moving out of place, tap was loose. A bit peeve about the shower curtains, why it doesn't goes down to the ground? Every time, the floor at the toilet area also gets wet during bathing. Grreat air-con! Was very hot during the summer...
Other than that, was quite satisfactory due to close to Yau Ma Tei station. & was near to the Anime shops at In's Point/ CTMA centre which we wanted to go.
Also nice 'Dim Sum' beside the HSBC bank on the main road on the right.
Staff was helpful in directing us to the bus-stop for the Airport Bus, just on the right of our hotel towards the main street, in front of the bank. Take bus A21, costs HK$33 per person about 45mins ride, compare to cab ride that would cost HK$350.
Restaurant Tip:

the rooms are small but at least it was clean. using the only elevator can be a challenge during peak hours. the wifi signals are not consistent poor most of the times

decent hotel for short stay

the double room seems to be more comfortable to the triple. very satisfied with the double room but the triple room seems to be a real squeeze. wifi signals for the corner room (facing away from nathan road) are pretty bad. well if its for a short stay, this hotel is fine.

Very great location
near mtr, near taxi stand n bus stop to airport

First impression this hotel not to good.
The lighting is not so bright..
But its still ok.
To Keep the luggage after check out, must pay luggage.
The thing i like the most is location very strategic to mtr station (near yaw ma tei) , taxi stand, and bus stop direct to airport.

It was a very good location and the room is not too small as i have imagined. Although the services is minimal, but overall is not bad.
Only their room service will ignore that you are still in bed and insist on making the bed. Otherwise, is a pleasure stay overall.
Will go back again.
