Good location and freindly receiptionists
Very near to subway station and direct airport bus.

I stayed for 2 nights at the Hotel. The location is excellent as there is a subway station nearby and many eating places around. The room is clean and the towels are clean. Hot water pressure is good. Air conditioner is cold.
The lift is a bit small but we have to be realistic that this is not a 5 star hotel. Good value for money.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is strategically located near subway station and bus stops.

The hotel is a really lovely looking boutique hotel. The lobby and rooms are tastefully styled and very clean. The room was about small for the price and the safe did not work and the phone was broken and had to be replaced. There is only one lift and you have to wait a while. Left luggage also costs $10 a bag even if it is only a plastic bag filled with a few items. The location was good, very close to Yau Ma Tai Station.

Our stay in Kings De Nathan has been lovely and enjoyable.
The location is very convenient and is close to shopping district. The size of the room is great and the interior decor makes us feel comfortable. Definitely recommended to everybody who plan to visit HK.

Worth the money with a good location nearby the mtr and shops. Definitely return here to stay on next trip. Only con was the lift, only had one lift and it was really slow. Service was good as well. Thumbs up!!!;)

the hotel is very easy to find and is located very very near the subway. it is situated among many shopping areas like street markets etc. very convenient because you save the hassle of squeezing into a crowded train as you can just walk back to the hotel. the room itself is actually bigger than another hongkong hotel i stayed before. very clean, very friendly staff and room attendant as well. very recommended.

The room is so tiny and we booked a family room, from the agoda the picture of the room looks pretty decent, but in actual is super tiny,
to put the baggage at reception also have to pay HKD 10, 1st time I knew that to put the baggage after check-out its chargeable
the only good thing is the free wifi and quite fast also

great location, very close to mrt station only 2 mins walk. very close to shops and resturuants. hotel is very clean and tidy, but however the room is very small, we have a lot of luggages, couldn't quite fit in the room. and only have 1 lift available need to wait for a long time. but can't complaint with the price we paid for which is very cheap in hk. nice staffs.
