good location + small rooms + affordable =kdn
locations,cute and cozy lobby aka waiting area for lift

nice locations ie 5 mins walk fr mtr. near to nite market .
for muslims there are few indian restaurant locating few blocks away fr the hotel.may ask the receptionist and the be able to show you.
overall room is small but clean. not enough power point though.
tv channel is limited , good only for resting.

Lovely little hotel in good location

the hotel has been recently renovated so its nice, new and clean. the room is also tastefully done up. its helps that the hotel is in a convenient location with the yau ma tei mtr station just 2 mins away. the staff is friendly and helpful. being a small hotel its does not have any features to speak of but it does not take away the charm. the only other thing is that the lift in the hotel is a tat old and slow.

Its a very value for money hotel because the location is so central and the most amazing parts is the hotel is just opposite Amway shop. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly.
I will go back and stay for this hotel in my next trip.

good location convenience to get to mtr

the hotel is located very closed to mtr, bus stop and taxi stand which is very convenience. meanwhile there are lot of good restaurants around the hotel and also the shopping street. the room itself is clean and well design but a bit small. the problem of this hotel is the elevator which is very small and slow. during my stay there was problem of elevator many times and customers need to wait for fixing or hav to walk to their rooms.
Shopping Tip:
There is local night market for shopping and local restaurants on the back of the hotel, very nearby.

The room is comfortable. It is very difficult to find reasonable priced room which can accommodate up to 4 persons. We're glad we checked in this hotel after searching for quite sometime for room which fit 4 persons.
Beds are comfortable and the location is very good.

my parents (in their 80's) and i share a family room in this boutique hotel on kowloon. the location is second to none. one street from temple street, right in the middle between jordan and mongkok shopping areas. you can find taxi stand, mtr station & buses just a few steps away. in fact, we can travel to almost everywhere to kowloon, hong kong and the new territories with the buses and mtr. the hotel is clean and the staff is very good. nathan road is the busiest road in kowloon but the hotel is located around the corner. it's fully a/c so we don't hear any noise from the street. the only bad comment is the lift is small and slow.

Go to Mongkok area for electronics and sportswear

Just right at temple street. Convenience as many food stall around. 10-15 minutes walk to mongkok. Good stay after a tiring walk from mongkok n jordan. Located right beside the yau ma tei mtr station. Overall reasonable price at this location n clean room.

Great Location but run down hotel left

The location is great and the temple street is just behind the hotel. With walking distance 10 min, you will reach "Ladies Market". The only thing I not really feel comfortable is the hotel room's aircon, which placed at just on top of the bed.
