I have nothing good to say about this hotel beside its good location. From service to room, it was bad bad bad. From the moment we step inside the hotel to check in, we know we have make a wrong choice.
Never will i stayed in this hotel again!!

Staff in Kings De Nathan Hotel, Hong Kong have excellent customer service, I have received during the past few days staying in Hong Kong. We feel that it is appropriate that we express our gratitude for the time and effort you put in to serve us when we are there.
One thing about this hotel is the front liner don't smile so often. Remember to smile more often to create a friendlier atmosphere environment in the Hotel.

No smile at the receptionist

The elevator was poor. The receptionist were not at professional level. I do not think that I can reconmend my friend and family to this hotel except that if they want to stay close to the shopping area.
Shopping Tip:
Be careful when you shop in Hong Kong because the price of the seller can be as high as 80% of the original price.

This hotel is really at the good location with reasonable price. We book this hotel because it is located not far away from Mongkok so its convenient for us to explore its night life in Hongkong. The hotel room is not big, but it is sufficient for us to not feel so squezzy already. The hotel is also clean and good ambience. One weak point is the air is not so fresh as the hotel windows are all closed.

Good service but very small room
good service, staffs can speak english quite fluently. The place is in good location

good location and good service. however, the elevator is small and slow. the room is too small. we stay in family room but it is really like a standard room with extra bed (smaller than usual bed) and no place to walk or move.
Restaurant Tip:
There are a lot of restaurants nearby the hotel. Also, it is easy to walk or grab something at tsim sha shui. Behinds the hotel, there are many people come to have dinner at local restaurant and shops. it is not clean but good taste actually. However, if you can't speak chinese, it is very inconvenience to make an order or else.
