In our continuing pursuit of excellence, the Hotel is currently undergoing a sophisticated re-imaging program in two phases. Phase I takes place in one wing of the building with uninterrupted hotel services and operation. With the wing completely sealed off, we endeavor to minimize any inconvenience to in-house guests. Phase I will be completed in March 2010, and Phase II by August 2010. The refurbishment work schedule will be taking place from 09:00 – 18:00.

Free internet, pretty good location Bathroom needs a bit of update I have stayed at this hotel the last 2 years. I enjoy the hospitality the staff given to us, very friendly and helpful. Main reason I stay is because of the free internet, as now a days, you need internet everywhere, and the hotel provides it with Wi Fi everywhere in the hotel. Location is very nice also, next to the MRT, so going place is very easy. Will def come back and stay again.

very central hotel to all the shops and restaurants. walking distance to anywhere so need to take taxis.

Good Location,Friendly Staff Just spent the new year at the Shangri La in Kowloon. If you plan to stay over new year then be sure to book a harbour view room to get a good view of the celebrations.
The staff are very helpful and informative, also the 12 noon check out time is very useful.
If you have a late evening flight be sure to check in your luggage at one of the airport express stations giving you more time in the city.
