This is the first time I have stayed in the hotel in the last 25 years. The hotel is in excellent condition. Rooms are comfortable and clean, staff is very friendly. Happy with access to MTR close by. Restaurants and room service were fine. Disappointments: I tried to use butler service but there was no response, had to call house cleaning for pressing I needed done. Also tried to use the coffee shop at 5:30 pm before going to the airport but although it was 3/4 empty they said they were fully booked with reservations starting later.

The entrance to hotel is unbelievable, opulence at it's best. Our room was the best I have ever stayed in. Staff were really friendly. Free Wifi a plus.

great experiences in a true 5 star hotel

i was staying there for one night though, but it still impress me a lot.
a warm smile greeting when i walk into the lobby, a gro lead me to the reception proceed the check in immediately. within 5 mins she took me to the suite, and introduce the room facilities.
anyway it does gave me a well impression, and i'll definitely stay in this hotel in the future.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
very convience for purchasing any stuffs u want.

this hotel is quite nice, although a little dated given the rates. i would only suggest staying in this hotel if you are there for business and need to be in the same location as customers from overseas. this is the only reason they get away with the rates they charge. the staff is very professional and the rooms are good. but frankly too expensive unless you have a meeting on site.

The moment we checked in, we felt comfortable with its friendly and helpful staff. We had our buffet lunch at the Kool Cafe and it was very good. The variety of dishes was excellent. The MTR is located next to the hotel thus making it very easy to travel. We went to Ocean Park using the MTR and was so convenient even with young children. There are also lots of eating outlets located within walking distance from the hotel. We had dim sum at the Shang Palace and it was very good however it is quite expensive. Overall we had a wonderful
stay and welcoming our New Year there was a very good choice.
