The Shangri-La Kowloon is beautiful. What's better is that the staff is eager and ready to assist you with anything at all you might need. The little details are what makes this hotel so accomodating. The health center was open 24 hours, so after a long flight it was nice to use this facility. The hotel is clean and up to date. Overall a great stay.

The view of the harbour was amazing, from a very well fitted comfortable room. The concierge could not be more courteous and helpful, nothing was too much trouble they knew Hong Kong backwards. I will visit again without question.

Sitting on the window after a long day of sightseeing & shopping is the right refreshment short before diving into HK nightlife…

It was my first stay at this hotel and I might have to high expectation. The service of the staff,super. The hotel- a little bit worn out even if it had high standards. I thought bu the name of Horizon Club had something to do with the view.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Walk by the promenade to the Starferries. After a short sea-trip enter the Hong Kong Island at central. Take a bus to Stanley market. Niece views and amazing nature to enjoy before enter Stanley

The Kowloon Shangri-la Hotel is an experience .. from the moment you walk through the doors your are enveloped with the essence of the Shangri-la (the hotel's signature scent) and the friendly staff is eager to serve you. The attention to detail is amazing. (The rugs in the elevators are changed at midnight to read the day of the week). The staff runs to hold the door for you and assist you in any way. The food is decent and the rooms are beautiful but also very comfortable. Overall a great hotel.

this was my 4th stay at the kowloon shangri-la. i find the service, staff and room fantastic. nothing is too much trouble for the staff. always smiling and a lovely greeting everytime they see you.
Shopping Tip:
Harbour City shopping centre is close by ask staff for directions. Faboulous shopping.

Absolutely fantastic hotel.Beautiful hotel, very clean, great helpfull staff and marvelous location.Went there on 2nd leg of honeymoon :) our room was the Deluxe room and very spacious and good view.A large variety of food was served.Breakfast was good.Next to harbour, easy to catch ferry to Kowloon.It is truly a wonderful hotel.

charming hotel with good location

Looking for a weekend getaway to Hong Kong and thus, would like to stay in a nice hotel with good in-room dining options. This hotel meet all my requirements. It is situated in front of mtr station and is connected underground to a lot of malls. Saving me from a lot of mtr travel. It is within walking distance to Harbour city, which must be one of the biggest mall i have ever seen. You can basically get everything you want there and the hotel itself has a big room, warm and professional staff. One thing that bothers me is that the room is very bare and there are some construction going on while i was staying there but overall, i will consider going back :)
Shopping Tip:
Mtr stations are connected to Tsim Tsa Hsui station and is within walking distance to a lot of malls through underground mtr exits such as harbour city, K-11, Isquare etc..
