The Kowloon Shangri-La is a very nice and elegant. Location is very convenient, approximately 5 minute walk to the subway, lots of shopping and restaurants right outside the hotel, and a short walk to the Star Ferry over to Central Hong Kong. The staffs are friendly and the rooms are roomy, spacious, and well appointed. I used their car service from the Airport. The pick up was excellent. They used a very nice Limousine Mercedes.
All in all a very nice hotel and one I would recommend.

The hotel room is very spacious, staff services is excellent, nerby MTR station. It is just within walking distance to Avenue of star. Food is pricey. Otherwise it is a great hotel for family stay

The hotel located right across the avenue of start and close by MTR station. The food serve by the hotel is delicious but too pricey. The staff are friendly and helpful. Internet is provided free.

In general staff attentive and warm. Could not ask for more when paying for a hotel myself.
Rooms comfortable and standard. Nothing fancy, but nothing to complain about either. 3 kids were happy. I was happy.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you need a doctor, this hotel provides a good one. Dr. Wong in the clinic was professional, courteous, and pretty well knew his stuff. Plus he wore a bow tie.
