Great hotel, fantastic service!

They gave a wonderful service during our stay. We called the reception since we want to change our room into 2 separate bed instead of one king/queen sized bed and they agreed. The only set back is that we booked this hotel with breakfast, but when we went there the breakfast is only for 1 person per room. We booked 2 rooms premier room with breakfast but the breafast is only good for 1 person per room. All in all only 2 person can eat in their breakfast... but the room is big, clean and staffs are friendly. Free wifi as well so its really a plus!
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is just near granville road of TST. You can find lots of shop as well good restaurant.

My family received great service from the hotel staff, from the moment we set foot to the lobby until we checked out. Breakfast and dinner buffet were equally very good. The spa/wellness facility was average though. Location is convenient, the MTR station is just right beside the hotel, there are also many 7-Eleven outlets nearby. If you plan on buying luxury items from the stores along Canton Road, you can skip the long lines and just go to The Peninsula which is nearer the hotel.

my overall stay was great except the wifi connection is poor. Its free wifi but it would rather slow and sometimes cant even connect to the wifi. I called to business center to fix the problem but she not helpful at all and fight back. I asked her to come over to my room and fix for me but her face look like being forced to come when she was here. I not expect to have such treatment when i pay for such amount to stay in this hotel. This is really bad.

Rooms are very nice, comfortable and huge. We're on the executive floor so we have the option to have breakfast there or at the buffet and we did get to try both and although you have more variety with the buffet, I sort of like the dining at the executive area as its more private. Probably the only drawback I can think of is that the hotel is a little far from the mtr but hey you're in shang so i guess cabs are more appropriate and taking a cab isn't difficult.

The hotel room is very spacious, staff services is excellent, nerby MTR station. It is just within walking distance to Avenue of star. Food is pricey. Otherwise it is a great hotel for family stay

The hotel located right across the avenue of start and close by MTR station. The food serve by the hotel is delicious but too pricey. The staff are friendly and helpful. Internet is provided free.
