Spacious room with a huge bathroom

Awesome view with a very spacious room.
The chinese restaurant in the hotel is currently undergoing renovations. However, the doorman introduced us an excellent local restaurant - Lei Garden, which was just across the street.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

well it was was my first time in this hotel, i had a great time, staff were extreemly friendly, nice spacious rooms,
in fact i booked the delux room and requested for connecting rooms and i got an instant reply frm the hotel saying that they had connecting rooms only in their premier rooms and not delux rooms , how ever they took into consideration for my request n needs and had upgrade me to their premier rooms at the time of arrival to the hotel without any charges and i highly appreciate for that. i would thank hotel shangri-la fo that. this is my first time stay in this hotel and i enjoyed my stay there. i am looking forward to stay there again in my next visit. and would highly recomend friends to stay here as everything is also close by.. thanks to shangri-la hkg.. cheers

Fantastic hotel, agoda booking conditions no
Good location, nice and very friendly staff

Evrrythinh good except the fact that the agora offer included transport from hotel to airport and such was missing from the T&C, so serious error from Agoda as I ended paying the taxi.
My room was harbour looking but I also had stayed on the city view: conclusion harbour view is nice but it is extremely noisy fur to the four roads in front of it, so recommend a city view and going to other place to see the view.

great experiences in a true 5 star hotel

i was staying there for one night though, but it still impress me a lot.
a warm smile greeting when i walk into the lobby, a gro lead me to the reception proceed the check in immediately. within 5 mins she took me to the suite, and introduce the room facilities.
anyway it does gave me a well impression, and i'll definitely stay in this hotel in the future.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
very convience for purchasing any stuffs u want.

An absolute gem of a hotel!

Another delightful stay at a shangri la hotel, really becoming my favourite brand. This one is slightly older then it's sister branch on hong kong side but this is reflected in the price. Although it's an old hotel, the rooms were still lovely, service excellent and I thought you don't get better 5star value than this one. Hong kong is always getting new super luxury new hotels sprouting up and the older ones get less popular, that is fine by me if this is to go by! I will go back again!

shang ri la is one of the best hotel on earth..you can never go wrong..im a shang hotel lover even here in tne philippines because of their warm and friendly staffs and their sumptuous buffet! at hong kong it is one of the best considering its cheaper because i got a promo from agoda..indeed we will go back here when we went to hk again

lovely hotel and great location
harbour view, close to mtr and nathan road, & restaurants.

this was my 4th stay at the kowloon shangri-la. i find the service, staff and room fantastic. nothing is too much trouble for the staff. always smiling and a lovely greeting everytime they see you.
Shopping Tip:
Harbour City shopping centre is close by ask staff for directions. Faboulous shopping.

Nightlife Tip:
There are alot of bars and live band bars around. A good place for people who like night refreshments

Great location and lovely hotels

We had a room with view to the harbour. The room is spacious and clean. Up to the 5 star standard. Staff are very efficient in checking in and handling of my guests too. Would love to comeback here again in the future. Love the breakfast variety too.
Restaurant Tip:
Quite many famous restaurant around the hotels too. Try Hutong. It is really cool but a bit pricey

Lovely and clean hotel, staff efficient
Just in front of the MRT and the harbour view is beautiful

Love the shower in the bathroom. Sleep well and harbour view from room is fantastic.
Staff friendly and reminded me not to leave anything in the room.
MRT in front of hotel and free shuttle bus to go to Express train station to Airport.
