Location - just across Tin Hau MTR Station
Service - professional, efficient, clean, quiet, tidy, bar, resturant, free internet access and multi-power point adapter in guest room
The service is excellent. Reception staff is multi-lingual and professional. Check in and out are efficient. My room is clean, quiet and and even is provided with a multi-power point adapter.
Facilities are good with bar, resturant and free internet access.

free internet in lobby. nice boutique feel. excellent location.
elevator is a bit slow. walls are very thin, can hear the elevator doors opening from within my hotel room. the room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room.
there is free internet access in the lobby and the bar in the basement. they even have a printer where i printed my agoda booking confirmation. the staff was friendly and allowed me to check in 2 hours early. the superior room was big and spacious. the view was excellent (harbour and peak). the bathroom was very basic. l'hotel has a very boutique hotel feel with a nice design aesthetic. the pool is small but its relaxing views make up for it. the gym is basically a few treadmills and ellipticals. the comforters are very nice and cozy however the beds are a bit stiff. i find that stiff beds are common in HK so that may be the standard.
Restaurant Tip : there is an excellent bangkok thai restaurant across the street. great value for lunch set and delicious.

Bed is not too comfortable and sometimes hard to get a cab
The bed is very tough. I felt sore all over after one night's sleep. The room is small and the hard wood floor is not too appealing. The bath tub is very narrow. I have to be real careful when taking a shower. The attitude of the service people is so so. The hotel location is very convenient. Walk to MTR in couple minutes.
