Excellent location and clean room

The hotel location is excellent. The MTR station (Tin Hau) is opposit to the hotel, many buses and tram pass through, walking distance to Causeway and North Point. Room is tidy and clean and its size is adequate and comensurate to price. Few breakfast items are not hot enough. Staff is generally polite and helpful.

We stay for 3 nights not consecutively because on the second day we went to Macau to stay overnight there. However the luggages can be put at the concierge for HKD 10 each. After from Macau we checked in and got a different room. Unfortunately the room got smoke adour from cigarette that early in the next morning we did the complain and the staff directly changed us to different room on higher floor for that day. Overall the staff were friendly and helpfull. Some plus points would be the hotel conveniently located near to Tin Hau MTR and accross the road there is 24 hour nice Dim Sum restaurant and local grocery store as well as mc Donald's 24 hour. We recommend the hotel for those who also like to do shopping as only 1 stop away from causeway bay MTR.
Shopping Tip:
The causeway way shopping area worth to visit. Visiting during holiday season which most of stores offering discount is a good time to explore.

Hotels is very good and had comfortable stay. The location is the greatest asset to the hotel...it is situated step away from tin hau mtr station. Mc Donald's, Starbucks, welcome super-center all close within 50 meter radius... But the hotel front desk doesn't say any English word. But the guy in tour concierge in the hotel is very much helpful...

E11 bus is extremely convenient for the passengers reaching hotel from HK airport, around 1hour on the way. And very economy, HK$21 one person.

Great location, hard beds

located just across from the tin hau station, and one stop away from causeway bay, this hotel is truly in a very good location. the area is very safe at night, there are ample coffee shops, a circle k in front and a 711 around the corner, and even a few fruit stores. also located very near the a11 airport bus stop (5 min walk), and right in front of the ding ding stop.
however it's facilities leave a lot to be desired. it's an old hotel, with slow elevators, and the beds are really hard. there are also porn channels available for preview on the tv so if you're with young ones have them disable it at the front desk.
however for the price, everything was reasonably clean, staff were pretty helpful and were able to give us a late 2pm checkout unlike other hotels. we checked out early to use the in-city checkin though but still.
all in all could have been a 4/5 due to great location and good staff, but i give it a 3/5 as they need to lower their price a bit to match their room and facility quality.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Try to ask for a higher, harbourview room, if waiting for the slow elevator is okay. You'll get a pretty decent partial view of the harbour from floors 20-30. But then again you're staying on the island for convenience, for 'the' view, stay in one of the harbourfront hotels in Kowloon.

The rooms are spacious, the service is fantastic
The hotel is located in a great area, with lots of options relatively close by for meal times. It is also located close enough to Hong Kong Stadium for an easy walk.

Great location, basic but clean rooms

We managed to get a good deal with agoda.com for a week's stay inclusive of breakfast. Hotel room is basic (non carpeted), but clean. Toilet is small, only can fit 1 person at a time.
The 3 lifts in this hotel are slow.
Location is great, just across the traffic light (3min walk) from the entrance of tin hau MTR. Lots of good food around the area.

Convenient Hotel but So-so Service

This hotel has great location and well-maintained facilities. However, the service is not so good as well. You will see the smiles no other than the person you have tipped
