The service has been examplary like always. Hotel is clean and staff are very helpful. Convenience is definitely number 1. Close to subway and get to everywhere easily. smallish bathtub. hard mattress. despite the comments hotel is still great. This was our third time staying at the hotel. Experience has always been wonderful. Staff are very helpful with direction and even small tips on where to eat. Lobby staff is great also and willing to help. Rooms are always clean and sheets are well pressed. For HK standard, room is good size. Room size is actually much better compared to other hotels in the neighborhood. Love the access to the internet. Our stay was 6 days this time and the price for the 30 day internet is still worth the convenience. Have nothing but praises for a well run hotel.

The best thing about this place was closed to MTR where we can just cross the street and get down to MTR station. It's also not far from shopping spots at Causeway Bay. We actually walk there during our stay in Hong Kong. I would recommend this hotel to those who love to go there and shop till drop. There s not much restaurant around there anyway. Room is clean and cozy. Lift is a bit too slow. Internet is not available unless you pay for service.

Apparently there are no available rooms which we are supposedly to take at check in date. The hotel upgraded us to a suite room with no extra cost. It would be best if the hotel would include in their website the MTR station nearest the hotel. The hotel is actually at the outskirt of causeway bay at the the front of the next mtr station next to causeway bay (sorry forgot the area.) Having an upgraded room, I can not ask for more. The suite is elegant, the hotel is clean, the reception staff are accomodating. Since most of the hotel guest making reservations to the hotel are eyeing the causeway bay area, walking from the hotel to causeway bay is quite taxing. Best, just take the MTR at causeway bay and exit at the next MTR station. The hotel is just about 100 meters from Exit A. Being an environmentalist, i hang a bath towel which i still intend to use as I used it only to dry my face. I was surprised that the towel was laundered and chenged. May be the housekeeping staff should be aware of the hotel's environmental policies. Also, the hotel lobby is not as busy as other hotels, you feel comfortable and at ease. The check in service as well as the check routine is fast and efficient. Thanks to the qualified reception staff.
Travel tip : mtr stn (next to causeway bay is practically at the hotels doorsteps. going around is quite convenient and cheap.

Location (right across from subway, 3 stops from main station), Free internet computers in lobby, good service (as far as delivering ice in a timely matter went), and very considerate staff members. Room was gorgeous too, as was most of the hotel. Only two internet computers and used by facebookers etc (though the staff once asked a kid playing a web game to get off for me, which was considerate), the pool on the roof closes at least before 11 (perhaps earlier), the hotel bar was empty on a Saturday night at 11 pm (empty of even a bartender) I found L'Hotel Causeway bay on Agoda while staying at another hotel on the Kowloon side. I had a less than positive experience at that hotel, so I moved to L'Hotel. I wasn't expecting much, because the price I paid was only 10 USD/ night more, but when I arrived, I couldn't believe my eyes. This hotel's location was far far better than the kowloon hotel. Kowloon/Hong Kong aside, I was walking 15 minutes every morning to the nearest MTR. L'Hotel was a matter of crossing the street. The other hotel I had a small, but clean room, with a nice bathroom. L'Hotel, on the other hand, gave me a room about three times the size, with a bathroom in similar proportions. The room was way more luxurious, and the staff would deliver ice within 5 minutes of being called. They also provided me with an ironing board and an iron, and this came 3 minutes from when I called.
I never tried the restaurant or bar, though they looked equally elegant. I suspect that the reason for the incredibly low price is that this hotel is new, and trying to amass a following.
Shopping Tip : One stop west is Causeway Bay. Take the exit to Times Square and enjoy the convenience of a huge mall, with a western book seller (Page One, 9th floor), several western restaurants (California Pizza Kitchen, to name one), and much much more.

Unsufficient information about pay-television charging you without prior warning We arrived after midnight and everything was OK, reservation was made and perfect; no hassle with papers. Ssame at check-out: correct service.
It was our second time that passed some days in the hotel and we would certainly go back next time we are in Hong Kong. The hotel is in a good location, metrostation in front and has sufficient aenities for a bussiness or shopping trip to Hong Kong.

Convenient location, across Tin Hau MTR station and Hongkong tram. The room is small and the twin bed size is also small. Over all is not bad for this hotel, the location is a plus point. It is easy to go any where by MTR or tram around Hongkong, the hotel just across Tin Hau MTR station. If the room is a bit larger, the it would be much better. This hotel is more suitable for business man traveling.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Tin Hau MTR station is just across the street.

Room is much bigger. very clean and friendly staff. no comment,so far so good. This is highly recommended hotel who like to stay in Hong kong side with valued for money. Surrounding hotel area have many good food, especially the Thai restaurent which located just opposite the hotel. Most of the time in peak season, this hotel is full. easy access to MTR station and easy to get taxi too.
Restaurant Tip : Try the Thai restaurent just opposite the hotel.

Room a bit small (but it is HK standard), expensive internet cost (but free internet terminal provided at reception). This is a relatively new hotel so it is clean. I have stayed here for the second time, and also suggest friends to stay here. Great location. Opposite to MTR and trams. Not very busy location but still has convinience stores, a supermaket, MacDonalds and Watson close to the hotel. I love the fact that it takes few minutes on trams to go to Causeway Bay

What I like staying in this hotel is its near the MTR and bus terminal. The price was reasonable. Staff were cordial. Rooms were clean We had booked 2 rooms for 7 nights. My kids love the room even though it was quite small. What I like about the hotel is when you go down late at night there are so plenty of restaurant. My kids are midnight eaters. The lobby was clean and the staff were cordial and do speak english even we had a hard time understanding.

Very good location, nice park view and harbor view. Room size good enough for one pax. Wooden floor is clean and classic. I had a pleasant stay at L'Hotel Causeway Bay Harbour View. The bell boys are attentive and pleasant. They help me all the way through from taxi to room. The front desk agent was polite and efficient. The location of the hotel is perfect. Right in front of subway station. Taxi is always available. The surrounding area is safe.

I was in Hong Kong just to see the city for 2 days on my own, ignoring the fact that the bathroom was not 100% clean the hotel was the perfect choice for a traveler like me. Cheap price, small room nice view(stayed in King Harbor view)and good location (10min from the city). The design of the hotel is pretty nice; the pool is a bit small and ice cold as the staff at the front desk. Complete opposite was the concierge, they were friendly and helpful. If I come back to Hong Kong I will stay for a few more days and in a different hotel as I want a clean and bigger room. But for a one night stay to get to know the city I would still recommend it.

The room is clean and staff spoke good English.
Subway is just opposite the hotel and there are shops and a small shopping mall near by. receptionist not very friendly and room a little small. My daughter loves shopping and we had a really good time exploring the little shops near the hotel.There is also a small mall "Apple Mall" opposite the hotel. It was fun as the things sold there are unique and very affordable. And many restaurants too. After a day of shopping, we returned to the hotel to rest, came out again at night to find food near by.

Nice view and convenient location. Would be better to have LCD TV instead of a CRT one. Enjoyed nice park and harbor view at 34/F. The hotel is conveniently located just opposite at Tin Hau MTR station and airport bus terminal in town. Only one MTR station or few minutes walk through the park to Causeway Bay shopping center. Even breakfast not included in my room rate, there has a small local cafe opposite provide both asian and western breakfast at around US$ 3.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Traditional Culture Visit : Tin Hau Temple is located nearby.
