More suitable for Mainland Chinese tourist. The staff at the door (security?) was such an unhelpful person. Room was freezing cold, air-con control can't/failed to adjust room temperature, called front desk, reply was it's like this. And no, I can't change room. The only thing they can offet is an extra blanket. Breakfast. Supposed to be until 10h30, so was there at 10h00. Lots of remnants. Hmmm. Saw next table,guests with few tubs of yogurt but not available on the buffet. Asked staff where to get, since it was only 10h00, another 30mins before breakfast end. Staff got to get one from the kitchen because they have started to clear in. After checking out, asked if they could help get a taxi to airport express. Reply was, there's the MTR station opposite. Asked concierge for hotel transportation to Airport, no, must be pre-arranged. Summary, should you must choose to stay here during winter, bring real thick clothings for bed. If you must have breakfast, do go before 10h00. If you need to go airport or airpory express in the morning and you have suitcases, book taxi a day before coz it will be mission impossible to get a taxi in the morning, especially working hours.

infront of the hotel has coffee & noodle house,near the MTR station and bus station
it is convenience near by the MTR station and bus station for transportation eventhough by taxi still available.

Conveniently Located Opposite MTR Station.
Near To Shopping Area, Tram and MTR Station Within 1 minute Walk. Quiet & Peaceful.
We were upgraded to Suite Room with no extra charge. The view from the window can see the harbour. The mattress is a bit hard and I think the hotel should have a firm support bed but not bed as hard as a rock. Taste of the food (Breakfast) still can be improve.Overall we are quite satisfy with this hotel.

Great location, beautiful views.
Very good hotel in a very handy spot - close to MTR and the iconic tramway. Breakfast good quality, if a little busy and rushed some mornings. Room was "Harbour View" and did not disappoint in living up to its name; a little on the smaller side but to be expected in Hong Kong. Can recommend to others!
