Good location especially if you take the MTR

It was a pleasant 3 day stay at L'hotel. Our cab drivers were all familiar with it, especially when we said it was in front of the Tin Hau MTR station. The hotel itself was ok - friendly service, decent bedroom and bath but the rooms could have been cleaned better. The hotel is well situated with a great Thai restaurant right across, a Watsons, circle K and Mannings, Starbucks, welcome grocery and a Chinese bakery with heavenly egg tarts within a few steps. Also, taking the MTR was a breeze, with the station right there.
Restaurant Tip:
Try the Thai resto right across the hotel. Very good ! And like I said, the Chinese bakery to the left (walking distance of 1 minute) has very good pastries for quite cheap.

Strategically located opposite Causeway Bay Station.

Nice, clean and cozy hotel. We got a great deal for hotels in Hong Kong knowing that hotels in Hong Kong is crazily over-priced.
Moreover, it is located just right opposite Causeway Bay Station. Food is easily found within walking distance especially desserts.
Services rendered were also good.
We've requested for high floors and over looking sea views.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Very convenient as it is extremely near to the MRT station. Food is easily found too.

My family and I have stayed at L'Hotel for the past three years, and have always found it satisfactory. It is very much a no-frills hotel, which is perfect for the practical traveler. The location is near Causeway Bay, except the hotel is right across Tin Hau station (which is quite convenient). There are also a few restaurants and groceries in the general vicinity (i.e. Cafe de Coral, McDonald's, Starbucks, Wellcome, etc.). Causeway Bay itself may be accessible through the MTR, through trams, or through a relaxed 15-minute walk via Victoria Park. L'Hotel is very much recommended.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
A good alternative to visiting Causeway Bay would be through Victoria Park, a 15-minute walk.

Hotel is situated near the MTR station Tin Hau, which is the next station of Causeway Bay. In addition, the tram station is just oppsite the hotel which the traffic is really so convenient. The Hotel is clean. Although the room size is a bit small but it is acceptable as for the location and the room fee is reasonable. The reception is very polite and always with smile. I highly recommend this hotel for other tourists !

Nice staff could not make up the for this outdated property. View of room overlooks a noisy construction site. Old style TV and my room smelled of bug repellant.
They sent a maid - who sprayed some perfumed deodarizer. Ugh. Also no wifi in the rooms so everyone crowds around the lobby with their iPads and laptops.
Location is great with an MTR station right across the street but not worth the savings - stay somewhere else!

free wifi is available in the lobby only. did not check out the hotel pool and gym coz was too busy enjoying the shopping and food in hk. please prepare an appropriate tip for the bellboy.
hotel is just diagonally opposite the tin hau mtr station so it's really convenient. there are a few dessert and noodle shops around the area for late nite snacks.

A short 5-10 minute walk to trendy areas of Causeway Bay. Rooms are a bit more spacious than other similar hotels in the area, but small by western standards. Mattress could have been softer. They had a breakfast buffet, but if I recall correctly was around, so opted for Starbucks a block away.

The Peak at night was fantastic.

the hotel is just across the tin hau mtr station (blue line) which is just one station away from the busy causewaybay area. there is also an airport bus a11 stop at around 5 min walking distance from the hotel. rooms are fairly clean but of course you cannot expect 5-star hotel amenities. overall, the hotel is good for travellers who need a convenient place to stay after a long day of shopping. one thing not so nice is that there are no wifi available in the room.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Can go to the airport by MTR, bus E11 or bus A11 conveniently from the hotel.

Stayed for 10 nights. Was ideal location for sight seeing and visiting family.
Pros:
-Access to transportation: MTR, tram, buses, taxis
-Lots of food options (didn't eat in the hotel dining)
-Clean and comfortable rooms
-Nice staff, a bit unfriendly when you check in because they go fast, but I think that's just HK.
-Computers in the lobby to use with internet
Cons:
-Wifi is only available in the lobby, not in the rooms.
-Technically L'Hotel is not in Causeway Bay -- MTR stop is Tin Hau.
-Noisy construction nearby. Kind of annoying but not a deal-breaker.
Overall, I liked the hotel. I would stay there again.
