Very pleasant hotel, conveniently located, good breakfast, good front office staff service. lots of restaurants and eateries within walking distance. The subway is just across the street from the hotel and there are tram and bus services to most parts of Hong Kong and Kowloon.

Great location
Location, accessibility, close to Circle K, Cafe de Coral, and Tin Hau MRT Station

i spent 4 nights here, and did not regret it. its location proven to be the winning factor. the hotel lies exactly across of tin hau mrt station (exit a) and for meals, mcdonalds and cafe de coral is just 2 minutes walk.
the room is clean but small, basic amenities are provided such as safe box. however the rooms itself may need sound proofing as you could still hear people talking on the aisle.
to get to the hotel from the aiport, i would recommend against getting the aiport express mtr (around one way to hongkong station in which you have to get to another route), as you can catch a11 bus which has stops in king's road followed by about 5 minutes walk to the hotel and only costs you

(-) wifi is only available on the lobby
(-) waiters and even concierge speaks only a little english
(-) rooms are not soundproofed enough
Hotel Feature Tip:
1. smack right across of tin hau mtr station
2. next to tin hau mtr station is a bus depot.
3. to get to the airport just walk up the road to catch a11 bus to the aiport. it cost hk$ 40.00.
4. convenience store lies just across the street.
5. mcdonald is 2 minutes walk
6. cafe de coral is 2 minutes walk

Business hotel definitely. I wouldn't recommend it for couple looking at relaxing in the hotel for honeymoon or romance. The lifts take a long time to get up to the higher floors. It's an area that can be improved, along with the super strong air condition inside the lift. What will be another great area to improve is free/paid wifi in the rooms.
Restaurant Tip:
Across the street, there's a cafeteria at the corner of the road when you come out of the mrt station. It's got amazing beef briskets!

L' hotel has a nice location near supermarkets and just in front of the MTR tin hau station, very convenient to transport to other shopping places, the hotel rooms are average on size but a little bit old in style, needs a little renovation maybe.

the hotel rooms are a little old for me, but the room size is okay, the staffs are very helpful and friendly, it's just sad that they were not able to give us king size beds since we are a couple, they told us i should have specified it when i booked the room here in agoda

what we loved about this hotel is it's proximity to Tin Hau MTR station, just cross the street and it's right there, supermarkets and restaurants are also within the area, but don't expect any shopping since there are none within the area. rooms are a bit old.

the staffs of the hotel are very helpful and friendly whenever we needed their attention, although the one who brought our luggage to our room obviously stayed until we give him a tip.. the rooms are average but a little renovation is needed since the flooring it kinda old and the bathroom tiles are old as well.

rooms are okay, a little old. staffs are friendly and helpful, location is just in front of MTR station, restaurants and supermarket are just around the corner. no shopping around the area but it's very convenient to transport around since the tram and MTR are just in front of the hotel.
