Good hotel
good location, rooms quite roomy, easy transportation
Everything was quite good except it does not provide any free internet service, don't even say free wifi service. I am supposed to have 500 Asia miles credited to my account after my stay, however, till now I still have not got any?

Location is the only pro
Location location location
Room toilet got leakage after I chekced in, called for room exchange and staff sent two separated personals to fix the broke ceramics....of course it's non-fixable momentarily....finally got the new room after almost one hour....frankly, I was pissed off...this hotel used to be pretty cost-reasonable, not anymore...tragedy of L hotel at causeway bay.

terrible experience
There is simply no co-ordination between the front desk and room cleaning section. There was cleaning lady suddenly came into the room without knlocking or asking after we had taken it for almost 2 hours.

Good hotel
Tried this new hotel based on recommendations from family and it did not disappoint. Location, price and service were top notch! Highly recommeded.

L'Hotel Causeway Bay Harbour View
cannot name any good stuff.Despite leaving note in the Agoda message box when booking was made, it was completely ignored by the front desk. The manner was not of even 3* hotel standard as never say a word "thank you" or "please".
