Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff

just fantastic. upon check-in, they upgraded us to a suite on the 21st floor with great view of the city. great location and right across the road to the tin hau mtr station. travelers with luggage can use the station's elevators. city buses and trams almost at your door step. local area shops, cafes and restaurants open till late. room is large, clean and well maintained. a circle k convenience store is right in front of the hotel lobby. great for some snacks or just to reload the octopus card.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
grab the return airport express and unlimited 3-day mtr octopus package from the airport. reckon that's its definitely a bargain.

although is say "causeway bay" it's a at the tin hau mtr, some 20 mins walk to causeway bay.

lovely as usual, nice food, nice room. service improved a little but still got no Wi-fi
also, the bathroom was not so right, the flushing problem made the floor all wet

we like this hotel very much and the hotel is near MRT station.
but i dont understand why this nice hotel will charge you for internet if you want use internet at your room!!!
Most hotels right now they do have free internet

Great Location and Good Size Room
Very convenience location, room with good size in H.K. stardard, good hotel service

In a good locations with a lot of food choices. Subway is just adjacent to the hotel and a supermarket is around the corner. The hotel staffs were courteous and responsed to our every requests fast. Room size is good and clean. Bed was comfortable.

Good deal for the price

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel during Thanksgiving break. They upgraded our room to one of the top floors with a beautiful city view, and made sure it was non-smoking like I had requested. But, the room also had 2 twin beds. When asked if they could move us to a room with one bed, they said they were totally booked. So I pushed the beds together and the maids that came in tidied up the beds but left them that way. The hotel was fine - nothing particularly exceptional, but very nice and practical. The hotel is in a great location right across the street from the Tin Hau metro stop, and a few blocks from a variety of food. They also provide free bottled water, which I haven't found much of in other hotels I've stayed at. You do have to pay for access to wifi, but they have 2 computers in the lobby that are available to use for free and I rarely had to wait more than 10 minutes for a computer.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Big Buddha on Lantau island is amazing and I highly recommend it, but know that if you opt to take the cable cars (which give great views) you'll very likely be waiting in lines for 1-2 hours to board.
