Room is much bigger. very clean and friendly staff.

no comment,so far so good.

This is highly recommended hotel who like to stay in Hong kong side with valued for money. Surrounding hotel area have many good food, especially the Thai restaurent which located just opposite the hotel. Most of the time in peak season, this hotel is full. easy access to MTR station and easy to get taxi too.

Restaurant Tip : Try the Thai restaurent just opposite the hotel.

new hotel, clean, very good value for money, opposite mtr and tram and very close to causeway bay but yet still a relatively quiet location.

Room a bit small (but it is HK standard), expensive internet cost (but free internet terminal provided at reception).

This is a relatively new hotel so it is clean. I have stayed here for the second time, and also suggest friends to stay here. Great location. Opposite to MTR and trams. Not very busy location but still has convinience stores, a supermaket, MacDonalds and Watson close to the hotel. I love the fact that it takes few minutes on trams to go to Causeway Bay

What I like staying in this hotel is its near the MTR and bus terminal. The price was reasonable. Staff were cordial. Rooms were clean

Rooms are quite small.

We had booked 2 rooms for 7 nights. My kids love the room even though it was quite small. What I like about the hotel is when you go down late at night there are so plenty of restaurant. My kids are midnight eaters. The lobby was clean and the staff were cordial and do speak english even we had a hard time understanding.

Very good location, nice park view and harbor view. Room size good enough for one pax. Wooden floor is clean and classic.

The lift is slow.

I had a pleasant stay at L'Hotel Causeway Bay Harbour View. The bell boys are attentive and pleasant. They help me all the way through from taxi to room. The front desk agent was polite and efficient. The location of the hotel is perfect. Right in front of subway station. Taxi is always available. The surrounding area is safe.

- nice design of the hotel. - good transportation connection. - friendly and helpful Concierge.

- room not 100% - room really small. - food in restaurant not good.

I was in Hong Kong just to see the city for 2 days on my own, ignoring the fact that the bathroom was not 100% clean the hotel was the perfect choice for a traveler like me. Cheap price, small room nice view(stayed in King Harbor view)and good location (10min from the city). The design of the hotel is pretty nice; the pool is a bit small and ice cold as the staff at the front desk. Complete opposite was the concierge, they were friendly and helpful. If I come back to Hong Kong I will stay for a few more days and in a different hotel as I want a clean and bigger room. But for a one night stay to get to know the city I would still recommend it.

The room is clean and staff spoke good English. Subway is just opposite the hotel and there are shops and a small shopping mall near by.

receptionist not very friendly and room a little small.

My daughter loves shopping and we had a really good time exploring the little shops near the hotel. There is also a small mall "Apple Mall" opposite the hotel. It was fun as the things sold there are unique and very affordable. And many restaurants too. After a day of shopping, we returned to the hotel to rest, came out again at night to find food near by.

Nice view and convenient location.

Would be better to have LCD TV instead of a CRT one.

Enjoyed nice park and harbor view at 34/F. The hotel is conveniently located just opposite at Tin Hau MTR station and airport bus terminal in town. Only one MTR station or few minutes walk through the park to Causeway Bay shopping center. Even breakfast not included in my room rate, there has a small local cafe opposite provide both asian and western breakfast at around US$ 3.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Traditional Culture Visit : Tin Hau Temple is located nearby.

clean room, fast services and very good location

elevator a bit slow

The location of the hotel is just at the fringe of causeway bay and it is very convinence to travel consider the subway is just opposite the street. All rooms have a very nice view of the park. I have stay in this hotel for more than five times since its opening last 2005 or 2006 and I keep on coming back each time I go to hong kong for business or lesiure trip.

Location, cleanliness, room size, views.

I can 't say anything bad about this hotel

On arrival at the hotel I was delightd to find that it was only a pedestrian crossing away from the mtr station. Iconic Hong Kong trams run past the front door of the hotel. Once inside the staff were friendly and effiient and I as lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite with harbour views. The suite was large , airy and spotlessly clean with a living room bedroom two showers and a stand alone bath. The picture window wound around in a curve giving a sweeping view over vctoria park and then to the harbour....Outstanding!. Robes and toiletries were of a high standard and the bed was large and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definately stay here again when I revisit Hong Kong.I ate out in the city so I can 't review the food.

Hotel Feature Tip : try out the roof top pool and gym.....worth it for the views alone!

- location great. - good price and comfort.

No free internet in the rooms, bathrooms seems a little basic for a 4*.

I was born in HK so I go back very often and have stayed at a number of the different hotels. I always aim to stay in Causeway bay because it's close to one of the best shopping centres, food districts, and drinking areas i.e. Lan Kway Fong. I think that the hotel is in an excellent location near Tin Hau station or a 10 minute walk to the centre of Causeway Bay. I prefer the Metropark Hotel as the rooms there are more modern but this is a good balance between price and comfort and location. There is a 24hour dim sum place where you can eat for less than £2 a meal. Rooms are also clean and there are 2 free internet terminals at reception.

It's close to the tram station. There's market and restaurants nearby. Bus to Donggung is two blocks away from the hotel.

Not really close to the shopping area. Takes about 15-20 mins walk or you have to take a bus.

The environment is good, but the room is kind of small. This is more of a business hotel. Not really recommended for family with children. However, the price is good and not expensive. If you are only going to Causeway for shopping. I suggest taking a bus rather the tram.

Shopping Tip : Take the bus and get off three stops away at Causeway Bay. There are a lot to shop.

Friendly staff, good location, neat interior design

restaurant capacity too small, have to wait for seats during lunch or dinner, especially dinner

Good service quality and above average facility in the hotel as a whole. Though hard to get a room if any show event in Hong Kong I would try them first when I have a trip to HK and their suite is surprise to anyone needs relax stay after a long day.

Location is good for easy access to buses, trams and metro station. Near to the Victoria Park and few shops and supermarkets nearby

Staff are not friendly. They do not know how to make each guest feel like a Very Important Customer. They herd guests in at check in like cattles, with no regard for your individuality. Some staff speak so fast in their broken English, it can be hard to understand their communication. The hotel beds are like sleeping on concrete floors. Facilities in the rooms are limited and minimalist.

I run a guest house in Europe, so I feel qualified to make critical and justified comments about this hotel. Whilst the location is ok for accessing a range of public transport and convenience shops, there is not much more the hotel has going for it. The staff at check in were unfriendly, no professional approach to making guests feel welcome or treated as indiviudals. They herd guests in like cattles. It's almost like you are on an assembly line. Rooms are spacious, but beds are like concrete floors, Shower curtains are filthy and facilities in the rooms are basic and limited. No effort is made to get the comments of guest about their stay!!!! Hotel food is no better than McDonald's and very pricy for the poor quality. Again, no effort is made by staff to find out if you like or enjoy the meals. Perhaps this approach is uniquely Chinese? As a guest house owner, I would not recommend this place if you want value for money, comfort and an enjoyable , relaxing and homely feel when you arrive and leave. The customer should always be treated like a VIP and their views should always be sought and used to improve the product.

Hotel Feature Tip : The views from the floors above 20 are good...but sad to say, not much else worth recommending about this hotel.
