Good hotel with reasonable price

the hotel is just 15 mins away from causeway bay , one of the shopping and entertainment area in hong kong. the staff is very polite helpful. however, the hotel start business like last year but my fd noticed there's mark on the chairs.
overall comment: good, a good place to stay, especially if you are going to ocean park the next day

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff
We're upgraded to a suite upon arrival! Agoda and L'hotel got us a room worth £160 / night for under £40 / night! Friendly staff and beautiful suite

Would really recommend this place, despite location being slightly distant. The staff were excellent, friendly and did everything they could to help. The suite was amazing, just wish we could afford to live in such luxury!
Travel tip:
It may be a slight taxi ride into town, but the staff and facility still make this pace really worth while.

Extremely convenience in and out with the shuttle service thru out the day till late at night. Ended up rebook this hotel twice (extended stay) before end of the trip, got upgraded as well.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Close to Ocean Park, great benefits with Promo Pkg (if available). Close to urban sports centre too (w/in 15 min. walk). Nice chinese restaurant close by as well.

There is a chinesse dim sum place right next to the hotel on street level, open early in the morning till 2-3pm(?)and the food is unexpedily good!

Location is not the best but they have shuttle bus to go to Central. Service is good. Staffs are well trained.
Restaurant Tip:
Tried the buffet dinner. Reasonable price and good food. Better make reservation in advance.

i've got a free upgrade to the mountain view suite, the size is doubled and they provide the latest player for bluray dvd and iphone music dock which is very convenient for apple user.
the room is very tidy and clean, temperature of the aircondition is silent and comfy, lighting are great too.
its very nice hotel if you're going to ocean park area, 15 minutes walk to the park only!
Hotel Feature Tip:
yet we could hear wht's happening outside our door especially in the morning and there's not suitable cup for coffee machine, kindly remind that there's not much 7-11 or ok store nearby.
hope that they could offer free breakface package and the more frequent shuttle bus schedule so the visitor doesnt have to line up that long.

The hotel staff are very helpful with new decoration. It was convenient to get to Causeway Bay.
The only drawback was the swimming pool was renovated during our stay so we don't get to use the facilities.
It was a bit difficult to call a cab for one evening as it was raining quite heavily and the hotel ran out of umbrellas for guest. But all in all, it was a nice stay.

My partner and I wanted to stay at this hotel because it was very close to Ocean Park. The hotel shuttle which departs in the morning takes around 5minutes to get there, overall saving a lot of wasted travelling time.
The rooms were clean and you feel really safe in the hotel environment.

A comfortable stay on the whole. The bus shuttle to Hong Kong Station was indeed an essential part of our stay as we used the bus shuttle often to get around Hong Kong.
