Pleasant stay but faced tunnel jams in and out of town during peak hours . Otherwise public transport convenient. Hotel shuttle provides excellent service . No nearby eating places which HK is famous for
Travel tip:
Buy Octopus card and travel by bus duing off peak times

Value for money, great service, big rooms
shuttle service to and from central station

we arrived at the hotel 10 am, and we were able to check in immediately.
rooms are big and clean. bathroom with tub.
reasonable price especially since we booked for the new year.
5 mins away from ocean park.
shuttle service to the central station, ocean park, causeway bay, etc.
new year's eve buffet was good, reasonably priced compared to the other hotels. bottomless drinks, including wine, and beer only for usd.

the staff really pay attention to service. the free shuttle service into the main district was really useful. some taxi drivers were a little unfamiliar with the route to the hotel but generally not a problem. the rooms looked very new with everything you'd expect plus a bit more. recommended if you want a nice modern hotel but not pay the high price of those you'll find around causeway bay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Ocean Park is right next door. The shuttle will make a stop at the Park.

wonderful hotel and staff
huge bed, great view and wonderful staff

we were given the mountain view which was great, the bed was huge and so comfortable. the staff was attentive to all our requests. the bathroom is nice with a bath tub. the only downside was that it was not in the city center. but they have a shuttle bus to take u to the city for free.

nice hotel but bad customer services

All the hardware of hotel is good enough for recommendation.
However the staff is really not friendly at all. Not to mention they didnt have smile and inpolite, it seems that they not even welcome us. Poor management. They are rude and unwilling to answer my query. I am really disappointed, especailly the reception staff.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There is bus stop to Causeway Bay / Wan Chai/ Central/ Admiralty right outside the side door of hotel. Super convenient.

Great hotel but not good location

Went to this hotel before the day going to Ocean Park. They upgraded me to a better room and it's so nice!
The room is pretty and comfortable. But the location is a bit inconvenient as there're not much resturants around the hotel, so we just ordered room service. Luckily, it's really close to Ocean Park so it's still good for us
