Best stay in L'hotel island South
1. The location is best for tourist visiting Ocean Park as it is very near to the PARK with complimentary shuttle bus for free

OK Location, will improve when the MTR opens
Room size and price, ok breakfast
Very pleasant. Easy to get taxis and walk into aberdeen. well known by taxis - MTR coming soon will improve it more

fresh clean room, comfort, nice amenities.
We had a very comforable stay for two days. nice bathroom, bar fridge and coffee maker. Enjoyed the pool and exercise room. check in and out was quick and efficient.

Hotel Condition and Cleanliness, Room Standard, Reliable Transportation System
Troublesome! The hotel check-in time is 2pm, and early check-in is not allowed. We ended up standing at the entrance for a few hours as there was no seat available at the lobby. They should create/provide some seats for the awaiting guests. There are no convenient stores and no restaurants nearby, but their free shuttle bus to/from the central area metro station is very reliable.

A hotel with poor customer service
A very good environment which provide a clean hotel room.
I cannot accept any hotel staff speak Foul language in front of guest. I understand some trouble guest make employee angry but they should not speak foul language in front of every guest! This is unacceptable. Besides, the hotel room, Furniture and environment are really great.
