this is a 5star nice stAying hotel, lots of shopping mall around this hotel and also lots of restaurants inside shopping mall, a fresh market is outside this hotel. u can cook ur own food,
hotel room is huge nd some of them have a beautiful seaview, overall money worth and nice front desk people.

Great hotel with even greater view of the city
very near to MTR, high rise building, attentive staff

Overall a good experience because of so many positives viz, very near to MTR, cooperating staff, got high floor (73rd)with great view of the city, two queen size beds which ensured comfortable stay with two kids - quite sufficient for four of us. Good value for money.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you are with two kids it is better to opt for it as we get two queen size beds without any extra charges. It is also very near to MTR, hence you need not go for a taxi even if you are with luggage.

Overall it was a great stay with the family. Huge hotel but not much of amenities for kids. Clean and comfortable.
Travel tip:
Manage and plan well your itinerary. Hotel is quite far from HK sight seeing area, airport and Disneyland.

Spaceous rooms with a fantastic panaromic view

had a great stay at the hotel. the location was so convenient and close to malls and the mtr. we took the mtr to disneyland. we booked without food and ordered room service as needed which was a good idea as we coudn't predict where we would be at what time. the food was great. the view from the room was divine. the rooms were very spaceous with two twin beds - very convenient when traveling with children. highly recommend this hotel.

Nice Place
Large Clean Room, customer service is good, lots of shopping available, closer to the airport, Disney, and Big Budha, The MTR (subway) is nice, clean, safe, and just a few minutes walk from the hotel and will take you anywhere in the city ( some transfers are needed though)

this is a big place, and so service does not feel as personalized, but check in and out goes quickly. some big groups were visible in the lobby, but seemed to have special check in arrangements, so you don't have to negotiate check in and out with them. housekeeping is good, rooms are big, a spectacular view of the harbor is available. there is a modern mall attached with a number of resturaunts, and local shops are plentiful across the street. there is a large fish market there too, which is worth a walk through if you aren't squemish. it is located away from the main hk city area, but that is accessible through the mtr. you can travel to center city for around $3 us. people were nice enough.. no problems/ a few glances of curiosity.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Victoria's Peak affords a nice view of the city if you are not bothered by height, and don't mind a trolly ride that is very steep at times. Seems safe enough, just make sure you get a seat. Disney is nice, although smaller than Disney World in Florida. Lines were very short during our end of October trip.If you are looking for souvineers, the Ladys Market and All night markets are good. You can buy similar things at Victoria's Peak, althought they are more expensive. Don't forget to barter. Prices are flexible.

Really nice room!
Very clean room, top of its class beddings, bath tub, awesome view, good room dimensions

this is the best hotel room i have stayed in during all my trips to hk, the room was not cramped at all, interior was modern and very classy. very near mtr and bus station, no problem getting bus to and from the airport. eventhough we stayed on the 79th floor it only took 44 seconds for the high speed elevator to reach our room.

the location of this hotel is good, i can take the public bus to or from the airport. the room has queen side beds, and the bath room is good condition and clean. there is a lot restaurants around the hotel. there are shopping malls around hotel. there is laundry mat near by the hotel(only few minutes), and same day drop off and pick up. train stations are closed to the hotel.
