Nice hotel, Big Room & Great Location
Great Location, 5 min walk to MTR station, shopping centers, restaurants, etc. are just nearby.
7.3
the ups are: -
the hotel is nice & clean with big room. convenience location as shopping malls/restaurants are just nearby. 5 min walk to tsuen wan west mtr station via shutter walkway.
the downs are:-
airport shuttle bus to the hotel is not cheap (pax for adult & child above 3 years old).
hotel staffs were not so friendly. when approached them they seem like avoiding us maybe due to english speaking.

Comfortable and modern
Big rooms, good facilities
8.7
The hotel was modern and comfortable but the elevators are slow with the necessity to change between towers which makes coming and going to the rooms inconvenient.
Shopping Tip:
Good shopping mall near the hotel.

Great location and well maintained hotel
great location, close to metro station, restaurants. very talk structure, so some rooms have really good view
7.3
The hotel staff can be a little more flexible for families with kids, as they were not cooperative giving rooms for two families in the same floor. Some rooms required changing the elevators, which us done inconvenience if you are with kids

No-frills, decent business hotel
6.7
The hotel is around 5-10 mins walk from the Tsuen Wan West MTR station. Use exit C3 to get to the hotel using the elevated walkway/foot bridge. The foot bridge will let you get to the Nina tower, where the Nina hotel is, without any hassle.
Lobby is always very busy with lots of guests around. Check-in was pretty quick. Front desk is not very smiley, which is pretty common in Hong Kong, but did his job without any issues so no complaints from us.
We got a room at the 56th floor. The elevators from the ground floor only take you up until the 41st floor, then you need to transfer to another set of elevators, depending on which tower your room is in.
The room is pretty basic and lighting is limited to ambient lighting (read: room lighting is not bright). So, some people might find the room kind of depressing or sleepy, but it was find with us. Also, we found it odd that the other lighting fixtures were not plugged in by default (just an observation).
Bathroom was a bit smaller than I would have liked, but at least it had a separate shower and tub. I'm not a fan of the black colored tiles for the flooring, but it *seemed* clean enough (some might be turned off because you can't really tell if the floor is really clean or not).
TV had a good number of English channels. No free wi-fi or internet connection, though, which I think is weird for a business hotel. Free wi-fi can only be found at the lobby (which was why a lot of people were always hanging around).
Citywalk mall is easily accessible and has free wifi, which we used instead. It also had a good number of restaurants to choose from (our favorites were Cafe de Coral and Happy Lemon haha). You can also go to Tsuen Wan Plaza across the street using the elevated walkway/foot bridge. It has other restaurants and other shops.
We weren't wowed by the hotel but it served its purpose. A bit far from the center of Hong Kong, but it was ok for us.

Far from the city center but big room w/nice view

The hotel is nice and clean. They don't change sheets every day like most of American hotels. They just make the bed for you. Great view from the hotel room as well as the 41st floor where you change the lift ride.
