Nice hotel with spacious room

The 1st room that was allocated to us in the first night has a really bad smell, we rang customer service but was told that we had to wait until the next day in the afternoon (1 pm) to get a new room. The reason that was given to us was that the hotel is full.... They should have been able to address the issue quicker. Hotel room itself is not too bad and has a nice river view from the window

Great restaurant, but room could have been better

Unlike my previous stay here, I was slightly disappointed in the condition of the room we got. The carpet and couch had several dark stains, and some fixtures in the room look like they have seen better days. The general cleanliness of the room was acceptable though, and the attractive room rate more than made up for the room condition. The highlight of my stay at the Hotel Landmark Canton, as with my other trips, is the fantastic dim sum restaurant at level 2. As mentioned by other reviewers, the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the subway station, a park, and the wholesale shopping district - there is even a bus service from the hotel to Macau and Hong Kong.

It is centralised between Town and Airport/Disneyland!

Hotel room is big in size and spacious. So you have enough space to roam!
Facilities in the hotel is relatively new and well maintained!

the staff was very friendly with checking-in to the hotel. i was given a room on the 73rd floor with a nice view of the city. it was at the corner of the hallway. it was a large room with a spacious bathroom. a flaw of the room was that the ceiling had water stains with the room above. the room was clean and the guest room attendant was very helpful.
there is a great panorama view from the hotel on the 41st floor before transferring to the other elevators to get to higher levels. it was bothersome to keep switching elevators to get to the room but it fine since we left the hotel in the morning and returned at night.
maps of hong kong are provided by the staff if needed.
Hotel Feature Tip:
About 5-10 min walk to the Tsuen Wan West Station depending how fast you walk. Three shopping centers connected with walkways to the Nina Towers.

5star hotel for the masses!

they have strict policies when it comes to check in time, 2pm sharp, we were not upgraded even after fervent requests. we were billeted at the 29th floor of tower 1, the room was ok, no complaints there. the main lobby was in a chaotic state mainly because of the hordes of mainland chinese tourists who were really on the top of their voices, i mean, what's the commotion all about, seems that they were on a fight. that's the only downside of this hotel, physically and structurally 'l hotel is definitely 5stars but because of the overflowing noisy mainland chinese tourists, the ambiance suddenly dropped like a night market! who can i blame? it's business as usual!

nice view and nice accomodation friendly staff ..I recommend this hotel to all tourists in HongKong!!!If you like comfort,relaxation and practical location for shopping and leisure LHotel Nina is the place I recommend.

Great Location
Rooms were adequate, but the bathroom took too much space. Transportation great.

The location was perfect for transportation avenues.
The MTR was just across the street. Bus was convenient and walking to other parks of the city was easy.
The park was beautiful and the swimming pool too.
Busy hotel with many tour groups.
The hotel could have used their space more wisely, the shower was very nice and different but took up too much space.
Another suggestion, is provide more closet space and storage space.
Loved the TV and the programs offered, especially late at night.
Eating was super. Starbucks was there and 7-11 was convenient.
The VC restaurent was extremely good. Ate there twice for lunch and had a fantastic dinner the last night.
If there are some specials on hotel rates, let us know and we can plan another trip with other friends and family.
Shopping was very pleasurable.

Restaurant Tip:
There is a small dessert place across the street pass the bridge. We had some great smoothies and fruit desserts. Fantastic and price was good.
