Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Comfortable Business Hotel
Big room, clean and good view

My stayed at L'Hotel was a wonderful one. This hotel is closed to airport, train station and bus station. And the restaurants and shopping malls are also nearby. The hotel room was big and with a lot moving space. The bed was comfortable. With ample supplied of toileteries. I will recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

The selling point of the hotel is the view from the rooms.

First i am writing and referring to only the people that helped me at the hotel. So in other words maybe i just happen to get the check in clerk who was having a bad day. With that said-the young girl that i got was not very friendly and rather short with her answers. She may have been tired of dealing with the crowd in the lobby trying to check in and i was tired from dealing with just trying to get to the hotel. I asked about the internet service and without looking up she told me they charge for the service and continued with the computers in the lobby are free for hotel guest. A glance at the computers in the lobby and noticed that all where occupied by young kids playing games or using facebook. No one was monitoring the users to insure that they would use the computers according to the time allotment etc. a kurt "do you want the internet or not?" no thank you...."I going to have them unplug the internet so you can't use it in the room" ok I thought it sounds like this is a major issue with the hotel and guests staying there. She then continued to check us in without making any eye contact. Without dismantling her entire performance or the throw-up that was on the floor for longer than any cared for or the people walking through it before realizing that they had walked through it and dragging on about the shower leaking out of the bathroom and into the room and hallway...I won't be staying there. Really it was more about how the staff reacted than it was anything else that was going on.

We had a free upgrade to 70th floor. Very happy with the spacious room with its two double beds. The rooms are big & comfortable. The veiws are amazing. This hotel is better than other typical hk hotels coz of clean, wide space, near airport. It was very confortable staying. We would gladly stay again.

Big swimming pool with water view

Great stay for family with young children. Large room with nice harbour view. We enjoyed the swimming pool which is the best we had in Hong Kong and Singapore. Will stay at it next time.
Restaurant Tip:
Some real Cantonese restaurant can be found in a walking distance

This hotel is the only one I feel terrible during the trip this summer. The room in which we stayed in had mold in the air conditioning and on the ceiling neer the air conditioning, and you didn't even have free local calling in the room. We have traveled a lot but we have never been to a hotel that doesn't even have local calling. in the end we payed 6 Hong Kong dollars fo ther one local call we made.

Big Room
Room is much bigger than common hotel in Hongkong

There is no free shuttle bus from/to the airport and town. You have to pay if you need to use the shuttle bus. It is better to use MTR from Tsuen Wan West Station. Need to walk about 20 minutes to reach the station.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Easy to reach Disney Land and Ngong Ping (Lantau Island), but it is no worth to visit Hongkong Disney Land. The queue is too long. You need at least 1 hour for each attraction. Wasting time and money to visit this place.
