very nice hotel,prompt service in rooms when neede

we just found afew things odd - like not being able to watch our own children swim in the pool unless we were either in the water or out of the water and wearing swimmers?? odd! location of hotel was good as it was below a mall and right near the mrt station as well as next door to a bus station.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you are looking for somthing closer to the tourist areas, dont use this hotel. Although it was near the MRT and this was handy, it was quite out of the way.

great hotel, very clean however the staff had limited english. it was very hard to obtain information from the staff and relied on one bell boy when he was on duty. the hotel is not close to the cbd however the train station is only minutes away and there is a shopping centre beside the hotel. would stay again at the hotel as the views were fantastic from level 13.
Travel tip:
use the mrt to go into the cbd - great experience on the trains and cheap.

Nice rooms in a very tall building

Was a nice experience staying in the 71st floor. View was out of this world. Although the outdoor pool was closed due to a typhoon, the heated indoor pool more than made up for it. Will definitely recommend to friends coming to HKG.
Shopping Tip:
Hotel had shopping centres around; a shopping haven. One doesn't have to be in TST to shop.

Overall good hotel, but staff aren't friendly
Good location, nice view from room, clean wooden floor room, good shopping centre nearby

free upgrade to tower 2 harbour view room as booked for wedding, nice view, good size room. right next to good shopping malls that have a good range of shops.
going up to room is confusing thou, need to change lift and a fairly long walk to the lift up to higher level. staff ok, no one helped me with luggages at the door, even thou a few of the staff were standing there watching. staff seemed grumpy, no smile on face. lots of touring group from mainland china, they occupied the lobby all the time. also, they always rushed into the lift before people could get out, which was really annoying.
overall good hotel, enjoyed our stay. will probably stay there again because of the location (right next to shopping malls and short walk to west rail station).

Great Hotel, Good Location and Spacious Room
room is spacious with 2 queen beds and an awesome toilet complete with bathtub and necessities.

the hotel rate is great value for money. the location of the hotel is within shopping facilities and food outlets. the room is spacious and equipped with essential needs such as an electric kettle, tv, beverages and bedroom slippers. the lighting in the room is more suitable for younger couples on their honeymoon. as an elderly, brighter lighting for the room would be appreciated.
Hotel Feature Tip:
be prepared that there is no WI-FI in the room and no coin operated washer and dryer in the Hotel
the staff service at the reception counter is lukewarm.

Fairly good location.
Surrounded by many amenities, like the local wet market across the street. Its a 300m walk from the nearest MTR station.
Nice view from the rooms.
Bathtub and bedroom separated by glass panels with curtains.
Corridors are rather dimly lighted.
Single proximity card for room access.
Computer kiosks with Internet access available in hotel lobby.
Hair-dryer provided does not fit in the bathroom outlet, use it in the bedroom.
Restaurant Tip:
Good and affordable tim sum restaurants for breakfast in malls next door (CityWalk 1 and 2)
