Large spacious room
Near shopping centres n wet market

we are a family of 3 adults n 1 toddler.
stayed one nite at l'hotel in end may 2012.
had booked a superior room at tower 2 but was upgraded
to a much more spacious n luxurious family suite
with fantastic view at high floor at the 81st floor :)
the suite was fabulous with a living room, kitchen,
1bedrm that accomodates 2 queen size beds.
did not really have much time explore the shopping centres.
will love to do that next time.
the check in and out queues were cleared pretty fast. not sure
if they were tired or what, we were served by stoned-face
staff who do seem to be anxious just to clear the check-in/out
procedures.
tower 2 seems to be pretty empty during our stay.
in fact, we find it strange that we never run into
any other hotel guests, despite us venturing out
at least 2-3 times for dinner and snacks.
may come back next time, but definitely we won't choose tower 2 again.
probably tower 1 where we can meet and chat with other fellow travellers.

lovely hotel and service with a smile
best features of the hotel

lovely,cleanly ,comfortable hotel to stay . location also very near and convenience to mtr station and also have nice garden park around the hotel. in addition there is local market which was located opposite of the hotel and the food selling there is very nice with a resonable price. no regretted to put nights there and sure will come again . in addition ,i will recommend to friends or relatives to stay there once they have a trip to hong kong. lastly , please keep up your good services for forever and all the best .
Hotel Feature Tip:
please put more indication on the actual hotel location at the MTR station or bus station .

Room is spacious, which is nice compared to teeny tiny rooms in Kowloon that charge you double the price. My kids loved the bathroom. The only downside is its location. It's located outside the city center, but given the extensive MTR and bus network, travelling shouldn't be a problem.

pleasant room, very spacious.we stayed on the 66th floor overlooking the city and it was very quiet there.if you want great views ask to be above the 50th floor. but one thing we don't like they don't orient clients about the features of the room like their signage,switches.on our last night of stay we were surprised that our room was not cleaned only to find out that we pushed the "don't disturb"button which we had no idea.but overall stay was a great experience.it's really worth staying there.
Travel tip:
if its your first time to to hong kong the easiest way from airport to l'hotel nina take the airport express to tsing yi station and get taxi its only dollars to the hotel. and if you want to go shopping, never go to the ladies market if you dont want to meet rude,aggressive,manipulative,controlling sellers.my wife was slapped in the face by a chinese merchant and could have wrecked our trip if we let it.gave us a bad impression of chinese people.

Spacious room with picturesque view
attached to the mall, near the airport and mrt. friendly and honest staffs.

when we made the booking, we requested that the room should be a non-smoking room. but the previous occupant of the room we booked was a smoker. the room service somehow managed to eliminate the odor after two days. conveniently located to the mall and mrt station and excellent view of the harbor.
