got a free upgrade to executive suit on 83 floor. never been that high room before. staff is nice and working fast. but it was crowd in lobby. you could never walk along smoothly. and the traffic and transportation is not quite well.

Great location with moderate rooms
It is very near the MTR station and transport was convenient. There is shopping malls near to the hotel too.

The stay in the hotel was comfortable and cosy. We were satisfied with the 2 queen size beds available and the stay was pleasant (:
The only con was that wifi was only available in the hotel lobby. The staff were very polite.

i was a traveller and first time to hk. i found the hotel is value for money and the room is clean and tidy. it is spacious and with good view from my room. it is convenient as it is just 5 mins walk from tsuen wan western station.

nice 5 star hotel; nothing to complain

i have been staying in this hotel for more than 5 times in the past 7 months.
overall, it serves my purpose as it's walking distance to the place i need to work on during the week days.
price is great for a 5 star hotel too. room is clean and comfortable with good views in general.
the only issue is there are huge amount of tourist groups and the lobby could be crowded and noisy.
Nightlife Tip:
not much to do in the evening.

Nice hotel at affortable rate
Very afforatable for a 4/5 star hotel, big room with superb view

although hotel is located quite a distance away from happening places like kowloon and hong kong island, it is just minutes away from 2 mtr stations, tsuen wan west and tsuen wan via mini bus thus it is still accessible to wherever i want to go. the room is clean and big, comes with either 2 king size bed or 2 queen size bed, huge bathroom, big flat screen tv. however there was smell of cigrettes in the first 2 days even though we took a non-smoking room. view from 56th floor is great, never stayed so high before. one main setback is the lack of free wireless connection in the hotel and the few internet pc in the lobby is always occupied.

Big and nice room
Great views, clean and big rooms, clean toilet, king size bed, big LCD TV

The rooms is huge and definitely value for money. Though is far from city, the location has excellent public transport which is convenient in getting to city. Near to Yuen Long where I can get fresh and delicious old wife biscuits. No free wifi in the room and the few internet computers in the lobby were always occupied and slow too.

Great value hotel on this side of hk

Next to shopping malls and would recommend to stay here again.
Hotel staff were good, room was great, highly recommend if you are looking to stay in this area.
Travel tip:
This is not in the best location but is semi close to the airport 17km and has nice features and amenties good for a short stay.

I book this hotel thru agoda . The hotel is Great rooms are big the receptions are friendly i ask for late check out no problem with this hotel . Beds are comfortable and roos are clean.if you are planning to go to china there is a bus depot below the hotel, the hotel is very covinient connected to malls near market near good restaurants 5 mins to mtr also this is hong kong minus the crowd in kowloon or causeway i would recomend this hotel to my friends

Nice room, nice view

I was there for 5 nights with my boyfriend and well the location isn't that bad like what all others mentioned.
Seriously I wouldn't mind a short walk to Tsuen Wan East MTR or taking cab from Tsuen Wan Line, Tsing Yi or even Mongkok etc..
The room is really nice especially at high floors! We can see the city view right below and sky of morning and night. Great design of the toilet separated by glass for shower and bathtub! Whole room is so modern like high end residental space rather than traditional designs with yellow and brown atmosphere.
Would definitely go but there again and request for the same room!
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you are looking for affordable and good hotels with nice view, modern design, bathtub for bubble bath, choose L'hotel Nina!

Great location but the rooms are pretty run down

since smoking is allowed inside the room, you will immediately smell something funny the second you get out from the elevator. there is no "do not disturb" sign or switch in the room so every morning someone will be banging on your door asking if you want to have your room cleaned up. it is indeed rather annoying.
