We stayed three nights here. checked in and out were easy. Location is okay, about half an hour to kowloon and hong kong. The room is spacious with a king size and a single bed as standard so is perfect hotel for family with children. We loved the swimming pool which is on the 9th floor,the view from there were stunning. We definitely recommend this hotel.
Travel tip:
Bring swimming costumes. Take bus A31 from airport cos its cheap and easy.

Great location and clean rooms.
The room and the lobby and the shuttle bus service.

The room was lovely and the service was good.The lobby had no toilets and it was difficult to go up to the 9th floor to
use it.
Check in and out was fine.However, when we had to book a shuttle bus back to the airport, one of the staff refused to do it for us.He wanted us to use the taxi which was difficult as my sister and I had a lot of luggages.Eventually we had to wait the next day and approach another staff who was more obliging.
All in all , it was a pleasant experience and I would go back there again.
Shopping Tip:
Good shops in the vicinity and MTR not that far .

i got free upgrade to harbour view --that's nice to see city from this hotel. the clean and comfortable bedding helps me relax after a long day of meetings and working. the location so convenient - shopping malls and restaurants around. also, the mtr station is just within walking distance.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The pier is so close -take a ferry ride to Ma Wan where you can visit the Noah's Ark park and old town fishing village close by.

Only stay for one night,but really enjoyed.the room was wonderful with nice view when choose harbour view room.Room is very big,comfort and clean.walking distance to MTR staion and shopping malls very convenient.Great deal and will stay here again

paid about, price not too expensive, but room is big enough by HK standard, the service is fast. the clubhouse and swimming pool is very pretty. there's train station beside, convenient enough. the guests have a very good time staying there. will definitely stay again. maybe next time will try a package with breakfast included to try the food.

This hotel is very,very nice. A quite spacious and comfortable room, not expensive! It is surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants,etc.
Tsuen Wan West railway station is 6~7 minutes walking away.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone at any occasion.
