Big room suitable for family stay

It's my first time staying in this hotel and we were very satisfied with the stay in this hotel.We been upgraded to the 72nd floor and the view of the city is great especially night time.From the airport, try getting bus A31 to the hotel,actually is much more easy if compare to mtr.The bus terminus is just located next to the tsuen wan west mtr station.Another good point is there are 2 shopping mall name citywalk and citywalk 2 connected to the hotel, it's very convenient for family with kids because you can get almost everything that you can imagine.

Lovely hotel but three beds too small for a room

checking out early hour of the morning i was surprise to see one receptionist dealing the check out, it was after 15mins only she went and call someone for help. what a time wasted as you are rushing to catch your flight.reception hall was full of traveller with loud blaring on top their voices. it should be seperated so that the staff and clients and concentrate the booking or settlement fee. overall not bad.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Nice for relaxing and lovely scenary, that how we choose for the last three days of our tour.

Great Location and Room with Good Size

the room is big compared to other hotels in hong kong. but when we checked in at night time, we had to quene for a long time for check in when lots of travel group arrived and that could be quite overwhelming. but in general, we have a good stay in this hotel.

Spacious & Large room
The rooms are big compare to other Kowloon Hotels.

Love the room, so spacious so comfortable. The hotel looks new and clean. The hotel is next to a big shopping complex, conveniently located to almost everything; public buses, mtr, 7-11, restaurant/coffee shop & etc. But still recommend to stop by Kowloon/Tsim Sha Shui area, explore the difference.

Nice hotel, good view from Kowloon on bay
Skyscraper, shopping, shuttle bus to pier and back

i liked the hotel. good location, in nina tower of the big business and shopping center. free shuttle bus to central pier and back every hour. shuttle bus to airport for 130 hk dollars. good rooms, amazing views, new facilities, friendly staff. olympic size pool. discounts for the guests of the hotel in some restaurants and bars.
Shopping Tip:
Shopping, many restaurants, nice area for walking, close to seashore.

Impressive size hotel but very busy.

stayed 3 nights at this hotel. check in was ok but can be very busy if large groups of chinese nationals arrive simultaneously.is an average hotel imo, very busy with chinese nationals and noisy throughout the night. rooms were bit outdated, seemed dim from lack of lighting and worn out. bed mattress was bit firm but the oversize pillows was a delight. we slept alright but awaken with inconsiderate noisy guests. realize guests smoke in the rooms as we smelled smoke one evening and fire alarm went off. tv channels stopped working after one day and was not informed of satellite issues. no free internet wifi but can go into the adjoining shopping mall to use its wifi (free). close to tsuen wan west mtr. i would not go back to this hotel unless there is a very good promotion rate.

it was an amazing stay at the hotel. the room was amazing. got a king size bed with a view of the harbor. the hotel staffs was prompt at my requests. the hotel was accessible & near to mtr. will definitely come back here to stay if i were to be back in hong kong.
