Lovely hotel and service with a smile

I went back to this hotel the second time in two weeks because we enjoyed our stay so much the first time. And again, we received the same friendly service, and they even upgraded our room for us. I would definitly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

The room is quite good but the shower room is no good as the water easily kept inside. Also, it seems not so nice for charge it for request for ice.

The room was spacious. The sea view was nice, particularly on over 70/F. There were some shopping centres nearby.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Shuttle bus service to/from Tsim Sha Tsui available at HKD15 per trip.

Fantastic view, quite close to metro, shopping malls full of everything with no need to exit the hotel

Pleasant experience, convenient as mrt is just 10 min away and best thing is that the room is spacious and clean
Shopping Tip:
Must visit tsuen wan plaza, better shopping experience there compare to citywalk

The best stay in HK to be with 2 kids just one suite. Breathtaking view!
Friendly and fast Check in and out with english speaking staff
2 Queen beds fair to a couple with 2 kids. no need for extra bed
Just missing a bathrobe and decent slippers (for a 5 star Hotel)
Hotel Feature Tip:
Just next to the MTR Tsuen Wan West 20 min to all places : HK island, Disney, airport. Have a shopping mall with restaurants and a wellcome supermarket

Big hotel and big, clean rooms too

very big hotel, consisting of 2 towers, first class amenities outdoor swimming pool fantastic with huge beautifully landscaped lounge area. location is a bit far from tsim sha tsui, however,
it's a 10 mins slow walk away from mtr station and the airport bus terminus so that's a very big plus
we were billeted at the 72 floor, room was big enough for the 3 of us, overall we had a very nice stay there and would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean hotel but it could be better!

Hotel is pretty nice and it is in a very good location. However, employees were cruel and without any smile. We were staying there for 5 days 4 nights but never once any of the staff says hello or greet us at all. They were just quiet and be silence when they see us. I found it very weird!!!
