Rather disappointed with their service. Room wasnt clean upon check in. Dust can be seen on dressing table. Bedsheets wasnt changed. Condition of the room was poor. Seems no maintenance. The only good thing is the room size and check in is speedy.

we were assigned to a room on level 7x, so the view was perfect without being blocked by highrise buildings.
the room was spacious, i dont was whether i was being updated for the room was very good for value.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a shapping mall next to the Hotel where you can find a lot of restaurants

We have been upgraded to a Tower II Harbour view room on 69/F.
We have never have the experience to stay on this high floor and that is really a fantasic experience. The hotel front desk staff are polite and helpful. I really have no doubt to recommend any of my friends to stay in this hotel, but remember to choose the high floor on tower II!

Lovely hotel
Executive suite room upgrade

We checked in at midnight, and was upgraded to an executive suite on 83rd floor. Room was huge and large bathroom. Overall, enjoyed our stay, except on our 3rd night, we can hear voices from next room. Hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including disposable slippers. It would be nice, if drawers for folded clothes were also available. Will definitely come back again. Free Wi-fi is not available, but would be great to be an added feature.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There is no free wi-fi in the hotel, but you can get a very good signal at Nina Shopping Mall. Unfortunately no lounge, chair is available, but, you can dine in at restaurants there, and enjoy the wifi should you need one.

after travelling all over the world this was the best hotel room i've ever stayed in,it had everything,fabulous views of harbour,boats,sunrises,sunsets,absolutly magic
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
always use the MTR to get around-very fast and cheap
