Very convenience hotel with great view

Very nice bay view from the room. Not in the heart of HK city but still convenience because the hotel is located next to the MRT station and big shopping mall.

big rooms but bad location

the room was big for four only because we got an upgrade. we got two queen beds. the bathroom was big, the view was great, the pool was awesome. there are malls nearby (tsuen wan plaza, citywalk 1 and 2}. the hotel is soooo far from all other shopping places (tst, central, etc.) you have to cross the park to get the subway. the lobby is always busy and noisy with mainland guests.

nice and got upgraded the room to the tower 2, if have 24 hours room service and a dvd player in room would be good. the courtesy was totally lack of when check out, no smile and even did not had a second to have her eyes focus on guest. need to improve...

the hotel is located in tsuen wan, new territories. i would say that although the location is not as convenient as those on nathan road, you can get to "downtown" kowloon in about 30 minutes. it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the nearest mtr station. there is shopping ctr within walking distance where you can shop or dinning. (ie citywalk right opposite). the room allocated to us was at 78th floor with a wonderful city view. however,the house-keeping should improve a bit to meet the five star hotel standard. the water pressure is excellent and the lifts are so many and very fast to the floors.

We arrived late from our visit from China, got upgrade to Excutive suite at the 86th. floor. Staff are very friendly and room was unreal.
