used as trnsit hotel, arrived at 22:00 and left again at 06:00. caught shuttle bus from airport but should have used taxi less hastle. rooms very good, was on 69 floor with good views.

this hotel i live many time, but every time i few is very good, nice lobber, nice service and nice view, but this hotel too much group live here, so if low floor will have charge too loudy, and i suggest try Hotel breakfast, because this hotel restaurant on 30 floor, on restaurant you can 360 sky view the city and tsing ma bridge, i will try next time

Staying over @ L'Hotel
View from level 41 and above is splendid...

this is my second stay in this hotel and i have to say the rooms are tidy and clean. i like the view out of the window especially, the sight is simply splendid that i could just laze in the room. getting around is also very easy with mtr station just around the corner.
one bad point - need to pay for internet.

The receptionist service is great! We got upgraded for free!
The room is good too! the bathroom is big and pretty!
The location is quite convenient. only 5 minutes walking distrance from the mtr station.
It is quite close to the shopping mall so we can do some shopping nearby.

Efficient check in even with many guests. We had 3 rooms and all were different in size. Double beds in our room that was comfy for 2 adults and 2 children. Cons - Issue with the shower leaking, Internet isnt free. Rates for a hotel that isnt in the CBD very high.

but...
during typhoon period, windows was blowed to opened!
super noisy, you won't be able to have a sleep during night.
i made complain to the front desk manager, but she said she's sorry for that and they didn't expect before. and lots of windows on high level was blowed to opend coz of the screw is losen.!!!!
what a...
btw, internet access is expensive and unacceptable in hong kong...

Lovely hotel and great for family with children

The hotel is beautiful, especially the bathroom and in a very good location. The room is very big and excellent for family with yound children. We also love the swimming pool, very clean. There are two big shopping centre nearby and many good restaurants. This is our four times staying at this hotel and will always be our first choice if we go to Hong Kong.
