Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Great Location, Big rooms

Hotel is conveniently located, just ~5-10mins walk to MTR station.
Room is huge (compared to the normal small hotel rooms we know of in HongKong), very clean too.
Worth the stay definiely

Nice service but the location is a bit inconvenient; nice room with iphone dock and wifi access. Prefer carpet anyway. If the shuttle bus is more frequent so that we can go to other tpurists spots, that would be better.

Away from night life / main tourist attractions
high rise floors, great views, near by malls
6
the hotel was clean and the view was spectacular on the 82nd floor. it wasn't too far from the airport but a bit far from the night life and tourist attractions. there are a lot of shopping malls nearby and a park that's right along side of the hotel that leads to the bay. if you're looking for night life or tourist attractions, this probably isn't your hotel. we paid quite a bit in taxi fares to travel to the tourist spots and that wouldn't have been so bad but the taxi's are very expensive so it would have been beneficial to stay closer to those areas. the hotel staff was very fast paced and the lobby was always full of people because of the hotels size. all in all, it was okay but we probably won't stay there again because of the location.
Shopping Tip:
A lot of malls nearby but no night/day markets for foreigners. Mall prices are high with the same brands in every mall and country.

Was given a room at 61 floor. The lift is going at a very fast speed so doesn't feel is time consuming or troublesome.
prons:Nice view with clean & spacious room.Value of money & shopping mall located near-by.Hotel staffs were very helpful.
cons:No wifi access.Despite the free internet access available at the lobby, the PCs is way too slow.Inconvenient to tourist/shopper going to city area especially carrying heavy items-Need to walk around 10 mins to reach the hotel from the mrt.

Great hotel, although a long way from HK island
The view, the view, the view

Incredible view, good quality bed, amazing bath and shower. I was lucky enough to get a corner suite and it was really fabulous. Just excellent value for the money.
Restaurant Tip:
In Tsuen Wan there is an area near the Tsuen Wan MRT (not Tsuen Wan West MRT) that is full of desert restaurants. They are really yummy.

Not in the center, eveything else is perfect
Beautiful contemporary rooms
7.7
Beautifull hotel with a nice big rooms. Modern bathrooms, plasma TV and above all a good bed. Occupants of rooms on floors above floor 41, have to change elevators on floor 41. This floor (41) has a gorgeous view of the harbor. The hotel is not near Nathan Road so when you want to visit the center transportation is required. The hotel has a shuttle but only up to 11PM. The Metro is a 5 minute walk and taxis are available.

Service is utilitarian but adequate.
Great location, nice room.

I booked 2 rooms but the reception was going to put us on different floors! She changed it to the 75th floor which required 2 lifts to get to. We requested non smoking floors but I could smell the smoke coming out of the air-con.
The reception was utilitarian but adequate for us as we just wanted somewhere clean to stay overnight.
I was to have another overnight stay after our visit to China and I was dreading coming back to the same hotel but we had already booked and paid for the night.
Travel tip:
Ask for rooms on the lower floors (to 41st) so you don't end up having to use 2 lifts to get to your room.
