In room internet service should provide free. I had travelled to China and Cambodia for the past 12 months and hotels which were lower grade than this all providing fast internet free of charge.

This is a not 5 stars hotel - max 3!
View from the room on the 47th floor

It was the worst 5 stars hotel that I ever stayed. It wasn't pleasant to pace the room, because a floor in an awful condition. Old furniture, at least single armchair in the corner and chairs. Very cold room, maybe because of 47th floor and 3 large windows :). no mini bar, no iron, no dressing gown... Poor cleaning: Cup after evening tea only covered with a piece of paper, nobody washed even! in general it was unpleasant to be in the room, even things didn't want to be unpacked. Only one great thing - Harbour view (we had Harbour view Executive Room). Hotel located in the big shopping center, but quit far from center (last red metro station). never I won't return any more to this hotel!

This hotel have a great room for this price level,
It's close to MTR Tsuen Wan West.
Only bad thing here is, there's a construction near by, and its sound is quite disturbing.
