The room wasn't anything fancy but quite big for Hong Kong standard. It was scary at first to see how packed the lobby was upon arrival as we were afraid the hotel would be very noisy but it turned out pretty nice. Couldn't hear a thing in the room. And if you like a good harbour view, this hotel does the job. It goes up to the 77/F and you see the Tsing Ma Bridge. The hotel staff at the lobby were also very helpful and gave me suggestions/information for transportation and expenses.
Tsuen Wan is more of a local area, away from all the typical tourist hotspots, but it was great to see and experience the way of living of ordinary citizens in Hong Kong. You get to experience more of the culture. The best part is if you want to get into the city centre where most of the action is, it's quite fast. My bf and I took the Tsuen Wan East Rail Line and we were in Tsim Sha Tsui East in 20 minutes or so. The best part is this line is not as crowded as the other ones.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is surrounded by shopping malls so there's lots to shop and eat but if you're looking for a romantic dinner or like a stroll on the beach, you can go to Gold Coast which is like 15-20 minutes away by car/bus from the hotel.

Great rooms but far from tourist locations

It's our 2nd time in this hotel and as usual it was good. It was near the train station and the Tsuen wan Plaza and Citywalk shopping malls which is very convenient. The only downside would be that its far from the usual shopping places in HK such as at Tsim Sha Tsui, Causeway bay. Transportation would be costly but other than that, as for the hotel, it was okay. Clean and spacious rooms. A lot of tourists are here as well and everyday the lobby is full of people. Rates are just right for the standard of quality of rooms that is given.

We were upgraded to harbourview rooms which made our stay worth it. The hotel was elegant, simple and clean. Rooms were spacious. However, out of the 3 rooms we booked, two of them smelled of cigarettes. The toilets smelled of disinfectant trying to cover up some unpleasant smell. But it wasn't bad that it ruined our stay. Again, the harbourview made it all worth it. This hotel is also connected to City Walk mall which made it convenient :)

Very close to Citywalk and Citywalk 2. Shopping in Tsuen Wan is fantastic.

Stay was OK. The room was a modern one but lacked character and did not give you a warm feeling. It felt utilitarian.
No mini-bar with snacks.
One bar of soap.
Good shower.
Excellent heating and air conditioning.
