Lovely staff, like the service

Have great experience stay. We have our rooms facing the swimming pool, we have request to have 2 rooms next to each other which can have door to link to each other, and we have request for a early check-in. They are very kind to let us have a room for early check-in without any charges. The rooms are nice. My sister room which is located at another tower have a very nice view, like their rooms better as they have a separated bath tub and standing shower.
Hotel is very near to 2big shopping malls and local wet market.
Tsuen Wan West MTR is about 5mins and Tsuen Wan is about 10mins walk away from Hotel, (walk with a 66 yrs old grandmother and a 5yrs old child). Like to walk to tsuen wan station as you can taste different types of local food on the way to the station.
Shopping Tip:
Must buy OCTOPUS CARD, as some of the store don't have change for big notes and you can made payment by Octopus card.

Great location but small room
very nice view with 42 floors or above

This is our 2nd visit after our five days tours to China. However, we were assigned to have a smaller room. Even though they realized that this was my re-visit, the staff insisted that is the best we could get! So it's really disappointed us.

Convenient location but bad services
convenient location - close to many shopping malls

I have to pay for in-room internet usage and no free local telephone calls. The worst is that all my cellphones were blocked, as we were staying at upper floor, so we cannot dial out or receive calls in room.

Good location and good price

The room is very big and nice decorated. The view of our room is good since we live at 82/F.
But the hotel is lack of service such as, opening the big gate for guest; helping on finding the elevator; helping on the luggage, etc.

Our Stay at L' Hotel
about 20 mins from airport, fast check-in, spacious room

We stayed only 1 night & arrived quite late. Check in was fast. We got an upgrade to Harbour View Room - it was very spacious. Room was satisfactory except for bathroom which I do not quite like the "glass wall" shower.
Chinese Food aplenty many restaurants nearby. Shopping mall and outlets nearby - prices are reasonable.We will definately consider staying again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Quite far away from major attractions.

Great Hotel and accepted location

Hotel room and service is good but the location of the hotel may need to travel some distance to reach. The view from the room is just superb and unforgettable and hotel is connected to a mall and market, easily access to restaurants, shops, pharmacy and so on.
But only one thing which is not so nice in my personal opinion is that the lobby always fill with China tourist which waiting for coach to travel back to China.

lovely hotel for a short, free n easy trip

hotel is conveniently located next to shopping malls, and although it is far from causeway bay / kowloon area, the Tsuen Wan West MTR is a short walking distance away, so it is still easy to reach the central area. Room is comfortable enough to sleep in and do your bathroom business, nothing fancy, but definitely clean and neat. Overall it's quite value for money for a 5-star hotel.

Beautiful harbor view
Room was extremely large by HK standard. Close to shopping facilities.

We enjoyed our stay as the room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the harbor. The hotel was huge and there were so many tour groups waiting in the lobby making it few congested. The MTR was quite a walk from the hotel, and the eateries in the mall were pricier than other parts of HK.

this hotel is quite expensive and no wi-fi in this hotel , if you want to use computer in room you must pay . that is why , if you for business i think that not the right places.
