Great location and good room
Near the MTR, near the shopping mall.

Good stay, but hotel a bit far from town and don't have free Wi-Fi at room. wi-Fi only at the lobby and sooo slow. Luckily, the MTR is just a step away. They also have an indoor pool that we can use during winter. Yeay!

Travelling with family with kids. they enjoy the hotel features especially the pool . Hotel is a bit far from the airport but very accessible close to train station. Park nearby is beautiful!!! Enjoyed our stay.

Good view, my room was have a harbour view.near to the MTR station. Go to citywalk 1 mal and find many kind of delicious food.

Great location but small rooms
good view if you're at the executive floors

i initially booked a standard tower but on the 2nd or 3rd night (couldn't remember) the roof collapsed and we had to change to the executive floors. no one was injured but they were lucky we didn't report them or they would've paid hefty fines.
Shopping Tip:
if you want to go shopping, always take the MTR because its easy and convenient, plus its not far from the hotel; only like a 10 minute walk.

this is the 2nd time i stay in this hotel. but not so good compare to last time. i got a smaller room but still satisfy for the room.
check in and check out very fast unless there is a long q.
near to mrt station, around 5mins walking distance. but far from city area.

The room is very big with twin double beds , it is very comfortable for familly travel along with children. The location is great as it is very convenient to travel around with the MTR west Tsuen Wan Line nearby.It is only disappointed that there is no hair drier in the room.

Not sure why we are unable to find an alarm clock in such a nice room, aot enough privacy for shower area.. still see the shade. Maybe great for couple, but not for a family.

Clean, Elegant hotel

The room is spacious, clean and elegant. The hoteL is interconnected to city walk and city walk 2 which made it very convenient. You can find restaurants in the mall. This hotel is also near the Tsuen Wan West station, around 6 mins walk, there are also bus and cab terminals outside.
The staffs are friendly and allowed us to check in earlier tan 2 pm
Travel tip:
You can find less expensive restaurant inside the mall
