Comfortable, but not 5 star.

Stay was an average one. It was beyond crowded on those days we were there and the lifts took very very long to come. There was once we waited up to 10 mins to a lift too crowded to enter, and we had to wait for the next one. Quite a distance to the tsuen wan mtr as well. But nearer the mtr, there are a lot going on there, quite an interesting place to walk about and dine at. theres also a wellcome supermarket at the nina tower which was great.

Big room, good view, clean
Room was at a very high floor. Above 80. Bay view was v nice n room was spacious n clean with 2 double beds. But there is no wifi in room n wifi in lobby is weak. Everyone had to crowd around 1 desk to get wifi signal. The airline required us to online check in to secure our seats. So I was stuck downstairs with all my luggage (nobody offered to bring it up to our room) n 2 young n tired kids trying hard to connect n do the online check in. Most hotels have free wifi in room. Not worth the hassle.

Location, room big and comfortable bed
Very Poor Customer Service for Check-in. Long Queue as there are many group check-in and we have to queue (standing) for almost 35 minutes just to check-in. Suggest to provide separate service for Tour Group and Indvidual check-in. The hotel is very popular for the China tourists and huge tour groups checking in almost everyday. The old tower rooms are quite run down,

great hotel, make sure choosing the sea view, it's awesome to be able to wake up to a great sea view. the bed is very comfortable and big. will come again

The View
This hotel was only a one night stopover. Queued for an hour to check in and didn't even get an apology, this is a hotel that doesnt really deserve 5*. Room was on the 70th floor, lift was very quick and the view form my room was very good. Area isn't a tourist area althought he underground will get you to Kowloon and HK island pretty rapid.

Could be better...
the view from high floors, location - it's near airport and public transport (MTR Tseun Wan West & minibus terminal) and convenience - near fresh market, a shopping mall & local eateries
Bearable but not outstanding...for hotel of this status, no free WiFi is a turn-off - charged at HK$30 per day is quite ridiculous. In addition, poor signage to lifts to reach higher floors is poor start for a stay...had 'toured' the 41st floor to hunt for the lifts to reach specific high floors. The ride in the lifts are quite rough and bumpy...not sure if it's due to poor maintenance or poor selection of lifts. Signs of age like dimly lighted corridors, hot water runs out in middle of shower in one instance etc. On brighter side, the view from room (high floors) is excellent. The location is convenient - accessible to public transport like MTR, minibuses; near shopping mall; near fresh market & local eateries etc.

Firstly, I was waiting for 30 mins for check-in due to huge amount of China Mainland Travel Group, Secondly, When I Checked-in on the 17/F, someone was already there and a man was dressing up when I open the door. Then I go back to front desk, the manager James told me to upgrade me for apology the mistaken, but the room is not actually an upgrade, just the same with what i have booked, Very disappointed after a long run and long wait.
