accessible hotel with spacious rooms

the hotel is quite far from the main shopping areas but with the tsuen wan west mtr station just a 7-minute walk away, it is still very accessible. it was easy to get to lantau island too. the hotel is connected to malls to it was very convenient to look for a place to eat at.
a good indicator of how great the hotel is: the hotel lobby was always busy - there will always be at least 50 people at a time!
we did have to go down the lobby to use the internet which is a shame but other than that, we had a very comfortable stay!

this is a very nice hotel, very comfortable beds, helpful and friendly staff. extremely busy at peak season be prepared to queue and wait 15-20 mins for your breakfast. my first time in hong kong and its a us dollar cab ride to the main city on hong kong island. however we never tried the local public transport. (looked so packed)

Hong Kong island tour (half day) was excellent.

overall speaking, it is a good stay. spacious room, convenient location, shopping malls and eating places nearby. room maintenance should be improved as you may find many defects in the room: crash glass, smoky smell in non-smoking room, leakage of water in the bathroom etc. however, staff are willing to help and if necessary, they are willing to change a better room for you.

Great and nice hotel in HK

check in was fast, but only unconvenient is lobby without restroom, so my parent inlaw age 80+ very complain about that, the room was big enougth for us and harbor view is great which we stay on 70+ floor very big and clear view, will stay next time.

Far from the city but big room
The bathroom is big and has both bath-tub and showering compartment. The harbour view from the room is spectacular.

This hotel has many many rooms and guests so checking in and out can take up to 15 mins. Similarly, using the lift can take up to 10 mins. This hotel accommodates many tour group stays and its lobby is always filled with people like a train station; mostly using the complementary wifi at the hotel lobby. I think this lobby picture is quite unsightly and suggest the hotel management to provide complementary wifi in the rooms instead. This hotel is easily accessible to the international airport by taxi and airport express.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is situated nearer to West Tsuen Wan Train Station. Do consider this hotel if you plan to visit Disneyland and Ngong Ping 360.
